I was like sick for like two weeks. It was terrible. M that's right, because I think we did it record one week and then I recorded it with Carmen the week after or something like that. Yeah, I had the I don't know what the hell I had even like I my daughter got sick to at school and she had a fever and had to pick her up and she was like off for like several days. We were just all sick. I'm like, I don't know. We took COVID test. It was not COVID. I don't know what it was. It was. It was trash, trash, That's what it was. Yes, it's perfect. That is the diagnosis that you received. Makes sense. Got the trash. Well. Today we are talking about Puerto Rico and I have you seen the meme of like the Black Lady. I don't know if she's like getting ready she's and she's like I love me. The Puerto Ricans cell of the Puerto Rico. Yeah, every time, every time I hear or say Puerto Rico, I just remember of the meme. That's what's on my mind, and it's going to be on my mind this whole episode. So you know what, who doesn't love who doesn't love them? The Puerto Ricans? Yes, yes, anyway, yes, that's what we're talking about today. Hi, my name is Arlene and I have a my guest potential kid fool pee pill. It's not my story, it's my grandma story. So my grandma's originally from all Babador and she lived in a rural town. I don't know the name of the town. So my grandma has seven children, including my mom. But the third that she told me is that she originally had eight children and one of them unfortunately passed away as the baby. She said that the baby gots thick, and you know, she specify what type of illness it was, but me with the faith the baby pat why, she was very devastated, as you can guess. And she was telling me that one day in her home when she was home alone by herself, she was washing dishes, and the room where the baby had a crib it was still varied then though the baby had passed away, all the belongings of the baby it was still there. So she's washing the dishes and she'd hear baby noises coming from that loom. And again she was home alone, and all her other children were older, so they were not babies to make baby noises. Also, she was lived pretty far from her neighbor, so they were not close by, so couldn't have been a neighboring baby. So she went to go look to see what the noise could have been. And he said that she saw the ghosts of her baby in the crib, and that she saw what looked like an angel haiti the baby and lifting up into you know, the room, potentially heaven on the filming, and she couldn't see any anything anymore, and your cry, but she was very happy to know that her baby wouldn't happen. Both. But although I get night and yeah, but my story, I'll love your show. I wow, that was a beautiful story. We hardly ever get those. Yeah, wow, that was amazing. Neighboring babies could be the name of a band. Yes, I like that. But wow, seriously, that was That was the cutest thing I've ever heard, Like, very very tragic. But I can't believe that she like she got to see this. That's amazing. Yes, I love it. That's a sweet story. That's a feel good story. I like it. I love it. It really is. Yeah, please send us more feel good ghost stories. No more haunted demons in the bottom of a well. That was I'm not scary the well one anyway. I was searching like real ghost stories, like paranormal experiences that people wrote in about, not in so it's like a spooky but just wrote about on the internet out into the world. Yeah, because I've been on the and like that like trip, like that's what I've been in too lately. I guess it's a ghost stories because it's like it's spooky season the bur what's it called monster here? Yeah, it's officially Oh my god, I can't stop yawning. You know what. I didn't take my middle of the day no, my third dose, my booster dose. I didn't take it, and I'm dying now. Yeah, it is officially like spooky season. In September. I have been very I don't know, I've been very anti checking any or posting anything, because normally I would have already been posting, like it's spooky season memes, but I have not felt like posting anything. This would be a great time for me to get back on TikTok, but I don't know. I have a few memes Seneca sendy. I have not. I've been like, oh my god, is that the tamagotchi? It is, oh, dying, No, it's like asking for food. But I like, my daughter got one for her birthday, but you know who takes care of it, Grandma and gave me. Yeah, and her first baby, like was like tired of our ship, so it went back to its planet. Funny Kyle got us some digimon ones last Christmas, and I let my dying die in like two days. I was no, not even like two hours. My bad. It was so fast. I was like, no, I'm not doing this. And then my up till like five months ago my stepson was still like keeping his alive, and I was like, this is amazing, Like yeah, ours was like gone in two days. But they don't even do dying anymore. They they go to their plans. They leave. Yeah, they go back to space aliens. Yeah, ours was tired of our ship, which fair, but what was I gonna say? Yeah, I haven't been really in the social media mood. I've been so busy though, Like this. My son's school schedule is crazy insane as six classes and the teachers are college one a one class apparently, like, oh my god, I'm yeah, I don't know, call me like controversial, but I really don't think homework. Kids need homework. I don't think they need to, and I don't know when they get to college then they're gonna struggle. Whatever we all do. Oh yeah, we all do, but like both my kids now have homework this year, and they didn't do homework for my kids elementary, but this year they brought it back for whatever reason. Anyway, how did this happen? Oh? Yeah, looked at reddit story. Yeah I've been and yes, well I think it's one Reddit story and then the rest of them are from your ghost story dot com. Oh okay, how many do you have? I have three? But okay, well I have like all of my stuff is like related, So would it be weird to just hear like all of yours in a row and then my stuff? Yeah, that's fine with me. Let's do it. Yeah, I guess there are no rules. That's our podcast. Yeah, we do what we want. I can do what I want Cartman voice, I can't do it neither. But first Sunday he did use your imagination. Yeah I can picture it already. Okay, this is Oh my god, I forgot what sub reddit it was from, but it got it from Yeah, but it's from user background noise underscore, and it says life in Puerto Rico. Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster. For context, I move around a lot as a kid do to family issues. I was sent to Puerto Rico when I was seven to live with my aunt and uncle and grandparents. Growing up, I was never told that Santa was real, but I was told that the spirit world was. Everyone in my family had the ability to see slash interact with the spirit world. I've always had a passion for the paranormal because I've always experienced it alone and with other people. My first experience came when I was five in North Carolina. But right now I'm going to focus on the house in Puerto Rico. I was in bed one night saying my prayers with my aunt when my uncle burst through the door, asking if I've been in my room for the last half hour. My aunt and I both say yes, when he says that he was just ran into me in the living room, but I wasn't responding to him. I would have died if I was uncle. This is like evil. Yeah, he said he couldn't move, that he felt like he was in a glass box, and his arm hair stood up. He immediately knew it wasn't me, followed by him coming to ask where I had been the first night. It was where everything started. Lights turning on and off in their own chairs, moving around the dining room at night, footsteps, the feeling of being watched. My house was kind of the crash pad for the neighborhood kids. So all of my friends were also experiencing these things when they were over. Not only us, but our neighbors we were emotionally close to were having the same issues. After a few months, it was well known around the neighborhood that our house was haunted by something. I suppose putting some of the activity in list form would be better organized thing than getting into the details. So here we go. Okay, before you do that, I actually would have preferred the detailers the same. But it's a pretty long story, so I get why. I think read it has like a character limit. Oh, I think they do. I'm not entirely sure, but I've heard they do, so I'm not sure. Okay. The first time I saw the girl was in the shower. I felt watched Oh okay, no bad ghost. Wow. When I poked my head out of the shower and saw her poking her head out of my bedroom, Oh fuck that shit. Anything where things are peeking outside of the corner where something is poking, it creepier. It's gross. I don't like it. It's creepier than seeing something like like fully in front of you. Like the head peeking is just no, I don't know what it is. It's just a no. I'd rather like the ghost just be like, hey, what's up. I'm here, my whole self, the peking. I prefer it over the peeking. Like there's something about the peking that's just still sinister. It's like it's scaring you on purpose, yes, which is mean. I woke up one night to a figure sitting at the foot of the bed. I could see its outline via the light under the door, so I reached out with my feet and touched it. It was a solid body. I immediately start freaking out, knocking off everything from the night's end, trying to find the light. Of course, nothing was there. She was like me, no, crazy crazy. My best friend heard me over the baby monitor talking to my baby cousin while he stopped. I wasn't on the island when this happened. Oh, and they have a mimic too. No, same friend said I tapped her and ran down the hall when I wasn't on the island. No, that is so gross, This is terrible. My aunt's mother said she saw me hitting my head on the floor in my bedroom, something my baby brother did when he threw fits, when I wasn't even home at the time. Oh, my other aunt came to see us from the Dominican Republic and woke up one night to see me in the room she was staying. She said, my eyes were glowing green. I was cross armed and just staring at her. Apparently took my time and turning around and leaving the room. She said she couldn't wake my uncle up at all. I was a cantaphore, as I was too afraid to sleep alone, and at that time slept in my aunt's room with her. My two best friends and I were in the kitchen looking at the paint options. My aunt just purchased for the house and went off to the bathroom down the hall, when suddenly the door knocked. Starts going crazy, I thought, my friends were pranking me, so I yelled out, knock it off. They both called back to me from across the house. So I throw open the door and here running into my bedroom. The worst part is that there was a sheet tied to the door knob of the bathroom. If that sheet was also tied to my aunt's door knop directly next to it, it would have been able to open the bathroom door it opens in. This happened when I was maybe ten. I'm twenty eight now and still can't shake that got awful feeling. In that moment, we had two rocking chairs, one on the front porch. One would be rocking violently back and forth, while the other would be sitting still. This happened frequently and was witnessed by neighbors. And it seems like to be like something surrounded with the girl. You know what I mean. I think it's a a little girl. Well, they stay like a when when girls are what is it called when they're going through puberty, you have a lot of poultergeist activity or whatever. Oh yeah, yeah. Years later, my aunt and uncle end up divorcing. Every house that this entity has been at had a divorced. Yeah. I was staying up waiting for my aunt to get home from a date. I fell asleep in the home office when I felt snapped awake. I looked up and saw a six foot solid black figure dip back around the corner like it had been watching me, like every everything just like watches her like creepily. I don't like this at all. Ghosts, peeping tom or something. I don't know. Being told multiple times that I would be somewhere I wasn't, usually in the field behind the house or somewhere in the house when I wasn't home. We had the house blessed by local priest. Things were quiet for about two months before all hole broke loose. That's when the moving of the furniture at night started. I would often leave my house to go stay with my neighbor if it wouldn't stop. My two younger cousins had us pulling the car over one night, screaming that there was a monster in the car with them. One of my cousins wouldn't stop screaming, and even after we took him out, he couldn't calm himself down. Oh no, My aunt that lived in the adjacent neighborhood said she saw my cousin in her room in the middle of the night, somehow out of her crib. When my aunt invited my cousin into her bed, my cousin turned around and walked out of the room. However, her head and torso were front facing, while her feet in lower half were backwards, if that makes sense. My aunt ran to the baby to fend her asleep in bed. Wow, that is not No, this like the toddlers that. No. I don't like ghost babies, any of this. This is terrible. Yeah, the nightmares, I still have them. Sometimes the girl shows up and I always end up praying her away. In my dreams, I always wake up sweating. Something about her still frightening, regardless if she looks like nine year old me the press since you feel, oh wait, this whole time, she is seeing this little girl and it's her like nine year old her? Yes? Did I miss that? Somehow? Was that she says that like it like takes her form and people see it, So I'm assuming, Like, okay, I just assumed that everyone else was seeing a doubleganger. But I didn't realize that she was awfu nine year old version of her. Well, I think that was an adult. She does just even okay, oh my god. The presence you feel when it's around is unexplainable, just heavy. The air is sick and heavy when it's around. My boyfriend of seven years has spoken with my family about these things. Our stories are all relating. It's a weird bond. Every one of these experiences made my skin crawl. I go back to the house every year, but I don't stay there. The activity seemingly stopped once I moved away and my aunt and uncle divorced. My uncle still lives there, and the only thing he's reported to the families that he saw green orbs a few years ago. The house used to be so full of life and now just feel stale. I'm not afraid of these things anymore, which I think makes me less a photograph for it. I had a lot of paranormal experiences since then in every place I've lived, but it's usually an amazing thing rather than terrifying. I bless my home frequently and try to keep my home light and happy. My home is a safe place. There's a lot more, but I think it's a bit much for one post. I will also post about my experiences in North Carolina and now California. I have to go back to this person's account. I plan on posting them separately as to keep things organized. Yeah. Wow, that was the first story, which is crazy. I read it and I was like, damn, I seriously hate that. I don't know what it was, those like a mimic doppelganger entity and the crazy things like yeah, the crazy thing was it like seemed to like take her image but also her baby cousins because oh that's right, I don't know. I didn't like that. Yeah, terrible, Oh my god. So onto the next story. It's a lot shorter, but this is from your ghost stories dot com and it's by user name Alexandria eighteen and it's titled demon outside My Window. Why did you choose such demonic stories? I don't know. I saw these and I was like, yes, perfect, perfect. I live in a rural area. The houses are far apart and mountains are right beside her windows. You can hear many bugs, especially crickets, but I've never thought I would hear loud wings and footsteps in the middle of the night right outside my window. I woke up around two. My heart was pounding fast, and the only thing I heard in My mind was satan, repeating itself over and over. What Oh my God. I would fought it off, but I would keep on going. So I went over to my mom's room. This was years ago. I told her that what was wrong. She told made a pray, then go back to bed. I did, and it did not stop. But I couldn't sleep, so I went back into her room and sat by the corner. She looked at me and told me she heard something on the roof. I did too while I was trying to sleep. Then she told me to go to my room, which I did. But as I went to my room, I heard something jump down from the roof and loudly landed by my window, then walked around outside. I was terrified, knowing something huge was outside. Whatever it was, it made me feel heavy and gave me difficulty to breathe. I calmed down after a while and began to hear it walk. Then suddenly something like wings flapping, but loudly, not like any bird here in Puerto Rico. After that, the negative feelings I had completely gone. I fell right to sleep. I've seen and experienced many things like this before and after. This happened and made me believe that around my house is it's haunted by negative beings. Many neighbors have told me things they've experienced here, which makes me believe it is indeed haunted. And that was her story. The mom was like, no, go back bed. She's like, yeah, what is it called? I don't like I get it. I would have done that too, like the meme, I'm scared too, and I don't want to be scared. Oh that will never get old to me. That is so weird. I wonder what if it was like Mothman in Puerto Rico. Was it was he seen there? I don't know. I mean, I don't know. I can true he's everywhere. Actually I haven't seen like official moth Man sightings in Puerto Rico. But like, I'm not going to discount it. You know what if that is true? Yeah, because it was on his roof and then it like landed. Yes, I'm gonna google this. Maybe maybe I find something afterwards Mothman into Let's see if anybody has stories, let us know, Yeah, let us know. We will remember that listeners story that someone sent in. It was like a moth Man type Yeah sure, yeah, remember that that was so long ago. That was so scary Texas, I think. I mean, it's it's all like I know Mothman, who was also seen in like some European and Asian countries, I think in Mexico, so it's totally possible. It's also in Puerto Rico, especially because they had all like those those creepy military things there too, so makes it checks out. Oh and there's like I think there's like a flying like El Bumpedo Moco or something. Yeah, yeah, it's something like that. But I've yeah, I know what you're talking about. Okay, So I have one final story sweet and this is again from your ghost stories dot com and it's by user Kathy fourteen thirty two and it's titled Tall Dark Shadow. Was on vacation with my family for my cousin's sweet fifteen night, there was thunder and lightning storm. In the tropics, lightning is very bright and can be seen in every direction. So this one night, I was getting ready to go to bed, I said good night to my sister and headed to the room. Once I got to the room, it seemed darker than usual because that time my eyes would get used to the darkness. I started getting this uneasy feeling my mother's bed was next to the two tall windows. I never put my bed next to the windows. It freaks me out, and I don't know why. Yeah, it scares me. Okay, I'm not the only one. I was like, I don't like putting my bed next to the windows anyway, So I had this sudden urge to look around the room, and when I finally did, I saw the tall, dark black shadow. It was about seven to eight feet tall, and all I could make out of it was the shoulders and head. It looked like it was wearing a long black jacket. I knew I saw it because the lightning shine through one window and not the one that it was standing in front of. I did didn't know what this meant, but I was so scared that I made my mum hold my hand all night and didn't want to stay there any longer. For the remainder of the time I stayed at my aunt's house, I couldn't wait to leave. I just really want to know what this means. This wasn't the first time I had experienced something at my grandmother's house. I've experienced so much more, but this was the first time I actually saw something so scary. The next day, I told my grandmother what had happened the night before, and she said no explanation, and neither did my mother. They both said that I shouldn't be scared and I had nothing to be afraid of because they were going to be there for me. And then they said, please help. So this woman saw a shadow person and the family was like, don't worry about it. Yeah, wow, I like, what do you mean, don't worry about it? Damn. Welcome to our little hunted break. Okay, so I did not know that. Apparently Puerto Rico's like UFO Center Hub. It's a hot spot, isn't it hot spot? That's the word I could not remember. Yes, And yeah, there's just a bunch of sightings there. So one of the places that sightings happened the most is apparently a yunk. It's a national park. Yeah, it's got a bunch of hiking trails. The highest peak is like three thousand and five hundred feet above sea level. Yeah it sounds like, honestly a little too high, but but it looks beautiful. It looks like a beautiful place. And I guess people have also seen the chupacabra there, of course, and UFOs. Apparently in what year was it in twenty fifteen? The park closed of temporarily and people allege that it closed because of UFO sightings, Like officially, the government closed it down because the main road leading to the forests was destroyed during a hurricane. Here, oh my god, here can you say that word hurricane? Hurricane? Thank you? I was saying it. I don't know what I was saying anyway, So that they said that the road was destroyed, and then although locals are like, no, no, no, no, there's been a recent wave of sightings. We've seen a bunch of UFOs and that's why it's closed. I watched an old video from what is this AP archive, I don't know, like some official like news thing. And so there's a bunch of people that saw apparently allegedly saw u a fos that are being interviewed in this clip. One man Tony Tirado. He says that he had one super terrifying experience and he has been looking for more UFOs every has that happened, and allegedly he saw an alien speaking of the UFOs. Okay before it, because my brain just did you guys see the new videos that came out like last week. No, I've been I haven't even been opening all the tiktoks that Kyle has sent me. I haven't I seen nothing. No, they they had a whole website to do. Okay, I'll send it to you guys in the but there was a I'll send it to you in the group chat. But there's a whole other declassified videos. They were crazy. They were crazy. Yes, it happened like last week. I want to say, I'm Friday, could be wrong, but there's a website that the Department of Defense created just to release the videos and stuff. I'll send it to you. And this is an official website. Yes, it was on it was on the news and everything. But the videos were crazy. And there's like this, I want to say this. I don't know if it's drone footage. I think it's drone footage. I could be wrong, but it's in it's in color, and this airplane or drone or whatever, it is flying over houses and it's not too high up because you could see like people's yards and fences and stuff, and this UFO is just flying over the houses. It happened in East Asia, I want to say. But they were crazy. I was like, wow, so they're just like not caring anymore. They're just like they're here make you make your own assumptions. Wow, okay, I have not seen this. Oh yeah, that's what it's called a a r O program. It's launched by the Pentagon. What's okay, you guys, there's there's a few news clips. I need to find some what's called. But I'll send you the news clips right now. Okay. I was like, like I was watching the videos and I was like, that's fucking crazy. Yeah. So it's Pentagon to release the classific idea of foes videos and reports new website and I'm looking for the website. Okay, that's great now if they could get Yeah, so it's a one stop like everything they classify about UFOs is going to be on there. Oh it's Anomaly Resolution Office. Here we go, I got it. Oh, sweets, Okay, it's a military website. But this is where like they're gonna put all the declassified stuff on there. There I sent it, sweets, Okay, Oh there he is. Just go down, go down to scrow to cases and go to official UAP videos and this is the videos are there. They're declassified by the military or whatever. What do they say by Congress, I don't know, the Pentagon, whatever, the government. So just scroll down and go to UAP videos where it says cases and those are all the videos that they just classified on Friday. Wow, okay, and yeah they're crazy, like they're crazy. Some of them are. I mean some of them they say like, we think it's this, but some of them are like they shouldn't dig exactly like that. Wow. I'm fascinating. All right, I'm gonna be looking at that later. I did not. I was not aware of this because again I have not been looking at anything. Wow. But yeah, so let's see. He says that the neighbor's dogs, because he lives right next to you know, this area, the neighbor's dogs were running after a small creature about three to four feet high with big wings, small arms and legs. He was scared, of course, but he was also running after it because he wanted to see. He saw it hop onto his ceiling run across. It looked like it was glowing. And yeah, that's what he believed was an alien. So that reminds me of another case that happened here in the States. And I can't remember, but people were claiming, Oh my god, no, I forgot. People were claiming to see like this glowing creature and I can't remember. I can't remember. There's gonna be somebody who's gonna like message me. It was the blank and blank case. And I'm like, yes that one. Let us they'll let us know. Let us know. Another woman Ramos, she claims to have seen a UFO in Nelunkee as well or over it, I guess. She says that it was big. The light didn't go all the way, but it covered like the whole beach area where she was at, which is right next to Alunkee. It's let's see luki Yo Beach apparently, and so she said that it was like the first time she ever saw anything like this, and it was shaped like a like a saucer. So she was like it had to be a UFHOE, Like what else would it be. Apparently in the in the town of Salinas, Puerto Rico, there was an alien body that was found, but then it was it was never really confirmed if it was like another hoax or not. I just saw that right now, So I'm like, h of course, I googled. I Google just Salina's dead body alien and like there's a bunch of gangs gang things now in Salinas, California. That's not what I'm meant to do, like a quick quick search of because I okay whatever. Anyway, that's something else to look into, I guess because that's not what I wrote about. But yeah, apparently a bunch of people have seen UFOs in this National park. And then on top of that, Davy Seals apparently train there, I guess because of like the terrain or whatever, but many of them have also have had sightings there. Mysterious aircraft approached, they approached their training boats and then like the objects disappear at speeds that are impossible that like no one else has you know, reached these speeds. So UFOs, right, And that's again in like Eluque as well. In March twenty twenty two, there's allegedly someone recorded an alien entity and Alunque. I could find pictures of the thing of this alleged video, but not the actual video, just pictures of it, which I'll send you this Okay, let me put that in our chat so you can see this creature. Where did it go? Where did it download? Too? Oh? My god, it's like okay, there it is, okay sending now, Oh ill jump scare What'll be posting pictures of this as well? But oh my bad. Other articles from twenty twenty two the videos from nineteen ninety seven apparently, so apparently some young men were near this waterfall called La Coca Waterfall and it was December nineteen ninety seven. And so this was Ben Camine, Laureano Dani and then two other unnamed people like they were not important to name. I don't know, that's my stuff. Yeah, you don't get named. And so they parked their car on the side of the road and Camine Laurea No took out his portable Panasonic cam qorder. Oh man, those things were huge. So he took it out to record and they they were there because they wanted to see a UFO is what they said. And they wanted to maybe even like get one on video. And so that's why they had a cam the camera there, that's why they were there late at night. So they were just hanging out waiting. They had the camera ready to go. At some point he brought a flu. I don't know, maybe he always carried a flu. I'm not sure, but he began to play his flute, and then moments after he started playing the flute, they heard something heavy fall to the ground from like maybe a tree behind them. They heard the sound, and so they turned to the direction of the sound, and then they saw a strange looking creature that suddenly tried to hide behind a tree. What is the peking poking thing, peeking and poking what they fucking I don't know, but the peaking thing, I know, it's gross. I don't like it. So they were like, oh, my god, an alien. They grabbed the camcorder. This, that's what the image and the video that I sent you, that's where that comes from. However, I'm like, I still wish I could see the video. I don't know how to find it. And yea, it's apparently about four feet tall and gray green skin that was like shiny and oily. It's a weird description. Yeah, long thin arms, and then it walked on two legs, and when they tried to chase after it with the with their camcorder, it jumped like too a little too far, like very far, very far distance, and then it kind of they just kind of lost track of it. It like moved too fast, too far away from it. They later like talked to some I don't know by not biologists, but like you know, and I guess animal experts. Is that what have? A biologist is a zoologist? I don't know. Well, okay, this article says biologists, and then it also says vein veterinarians, veterinary veterinary veterinarians. Yes, thank you veterinary. I'm gonna stop. Yes, a vet named doctor Carlos Soto, and like nobody could really tell them what this creature was, except that maybe it had been reptilian related because of how the eyes were glowing in like the video. But yeah, nobody even like knows what this thing could have been. And yeah, it just like disappeared. Nobody saw it. Again, that's weird, very I'm very curious to know what it could have been. And yeah, that was in Alunque. And then this is not an Alunque, this is just in Puerto Rico. But I found because you know, there's like the very famous UFO abduction cases that we hear like all the time, like Larry and I don't know, Barney or something, I don't know what you're talking about. I feel like that is a I'm pretty sure Barney is like one or Larry. I don't know. Yeah, I think it's Betty and Barney Betty. Oh, that's why I thought of Larry. I think I don't know either way. We always hear like the same ones, but I had not come across this one. So this is the abduction of Carlos Mercado in Betances, Puerto Rico. So it was a hot summer night in July nineteen eighty eight, and Benances, this is like a rural part of Puerto Rico, and this is where Carlos and who lived. It was too hot, so he couldn't sleep. He woke up and he got up from bed, left his wife sleeping there, and he went to go sleep on the sofa because like maybe it was a little cooler, a little fresher there, and so he laid down. He was staring at his ceiling as he was, I don't know, sitting there thinking to himself, maybe complaining about how hot it is. He was interrupted by this glow that just like I don't know, filled the whole broom suddenly through the windows and like doors and like everything just like very very bright. And there was also this weird buzzing sound and a knock at the window, and so he got up to see, and so this is I actually found this website where he apparently was interviewed, and so this is in his own words. Now I got up and opened the window, and there they are three little men standing there under the window, on the lawn near my house. It shocked me because they were so different, just a little bit like us, but they weren't human. They were little men and ugly, with heads a little bigger than ours and no hair. They had no ears, and their eyes were huge and dark. There were no noses visible on them, only holes and a small incision for the mouth. Their faces were flat, their skin was grayish, and their face and hands were covered with these small bumps or like warts, maybe pimples. Oh, they were ugly and unpleasant. They were three to four feet tall, and they were dressed in overalls, like a grayish looking overall, only their heads and hands were not covered with clothes. At first, I was scared, but they told me not to be afraid, that they were not going to hurt me. But he wanted to show me something, and they told me that in my head because they never opened their mouths. When they told me that NiFe Fear left me. I didn't really know why, but I had a feeling they were good and weren't going to hurt me. Then they asked me to go outside, so I opened the door of the house and went out. So when he went to his front lawn or whatever, these little men took him by the hand, so cute, and then they led him along a road. That's when he came across their saucer shaped object. Apparently it was multi colored, had a bunch of lights along the edge, which is like a description that we hear all the time. And so he said it was like saucer shaped with a bunch of colors along the edge. It stood on like four not poles, but like I don't know, like if a UFO had a kickstand and had four And there was a hole in the base of the ship where then there was a ladder that you could go up. He climbed inside, and again he still felt no fear, And inside there was a third one of them, And so then this is the followness in his words. They explained to me that this other one was their captain and doctor, and that he was going to take care of me now. Then they went off to do other things. And I found it much better next to the captain, because he was more like a human being. Oh. His skin color was the same as theirs, grayish, and his head was even a little bigger than theirs, but his eyes weren't that big, and he had the same nose as humans, but a little pointed, and the surface of his skin was not like the skin of the little people with those terrible pimples. He was dressed in a wide white tunic to the neck and with wide sleeves to the wrists. The tunic reached his feet, and it seemed that he had something white on his feet, like shoes, I'm guessing. The captain doctor alien thing then told Carlos that he was going to show him something and again to not be afraid. He was going to be safe. They were going to bring him back safe and sound, I mean. And so then the ladder went up, the door closed, and then the UFO began to move with great speed, and again there was like a loud buzz, almost like a thousand bees, is how Carlos Mercado describes it. He looked outside one of the windows and he could see everything just passing by super fast, but he sort of could tell that they were heading for the Sierra Berma mountain range and specifically one mountain that was called Monte Elayule. They were going super fast. He thought they were going to crash. He was very scared. But they apparently flew somewhere deep inside the mountain into a cave and they parked and there was a bunch of other alien ships parked in the same place. Yeah, like if it's their base or something. When the ship landed, then Carlos saw a lot of the same creatures and it looked like this is where they met, like their base. And apparently the Aliens that took him, they confirmed that this is like a repair base. This is where they come repair their bufos when they're broken down, and where they study Earth life. The captain doctor Alien then invited Carlos Metcallo to get off the ship and he was going to give them a little tour. They're very nice, like they held his hand over to the UFO. I wonder if they're going to hold his hand during this tour. That's so funny though, And so then the following is in his words, again, the tall creature told me to go out with him, and he made me put on a device that looked like large dark glasses so that I could clearly see everything down there, and everything was very well lit. You couldn't see where the light was coming from, but it was a very bright light on The walls were covered in very shiny silver metal, and there were a lot of little people and a lot of activity. Many of the little men worked on ships, while others seemed to be assembling something like electronics. It was a real huge world down there, and there were also buildings that looked like military barracks. The tall creatures explained to me mentally, because again I did not see their mouths move, that they had been in this place for a very very long time, and that they did not want to leave there. It said that they wanted me to see all this because they wanted me to tell people that they don't have any bad intentions and that they don't want to harm or defeat us. Then said that they want to be able to fully interact with us on a social level, mixed with us, but their authorities did not want that. It insisted that I tell people on the outside all of this, and that they really don't want to conquer or harm us. They want to be our friends. I don't know why. I know it makes no sense. Humans fuck. So they told them all is basically to like pass on their message that they want to you know, they're not they want to be our friends. They don't want to harm us. And then after that they took him back through the mountain tunnel and onto the UFO whatever, and that they were going to take him back to his house. Before they dropped him off, they said that they would come back for him when some day, and then they left. Ever come back, you'll find out. And so Carlos Metcallo was instructed to spread his story everywhere, but he was silent about it. Yeah, for over like a year and a half he told nobody about this. But then there was another strange encounter and that's when he finally said something. So it was December of the next year and Carlos Metcallo was on the Sierra Bermecha ridge with his friend Wilson Sosa and they noticed a huge bright light and it looked like a triangle flying through the sky. And then it looked like this triangle was being chased by two military aircraft. These planes were flying straight at the ship, and these two ships that were behind the triangle. One looked like they went inside and then disappeared. Oh yeah, very weird. And then they saw it reach lag and then it looked like it exploded into a fireball. Oh. And this incident shocked him. And then that's when he decided to tell his story because he's like, what the hell did I just see what is going on? Yes, And so he went to ufologists Jorge Martin, and this is what he told him. I'm not looking for a publicity. I'm telling you this simply because I know that you are a reasonable and serious person and you will listen to me. You know. I'm still waiting for them because I like what happened. In my opinion, they're not bad. I felt it if they wanted to hurt me, they would have done it when they grabbed me. I wish they would come back so I could go with them again. They're not bad creatures. I'm telling you all this because when this UFO hijacked these two planes, I was nervous because the planes were bothering them. He was taking them away. This really armed me because I felt that these creatures are good, and it looks like someone wants to take them away from there. There's something going on. And none of Carlos's story surprised the uthologist Jorge Martin, because he heard very similar stories that same year. Thirty years later, they still hadn't come back for Carlos Mercado. He even tried constructing or building this radio station to try and like contact them. Oh my god, but it didn't. It didn't do anything. Yeah, but yeah, I don't know if he ever was able to get hold of get a hold of them again. This was nineteen eighty eight, So thirty years later he said that he still didn't contact them. What is three years after nineteen eighty eight, like two years ago? Three years ago nineteen eighty eight, No, five years ago? Oh oh shit, twenty eighteen. Yeah wow. Yeah, So as a five years ago, they still hadn't contacted him. And from what I could find, I couldn't. I couldn't find anything else. So I'm assuming that he still has not been able to get a hold of them. So sad, But you know what, I hope he does. I hope that they reach out to him if he's still alive. I don't know how old he was when this happened, but he was still alive in twenty eighteen. He just wants his friends back. Yeah, he just wants to hold hands with them again, take a flight on their UFO, go to their base, and you know, yeah, the usual, the usual. Yeah. Yeah, I hope he finds them. I hope he does. I hope they come back for him. Me too. I was like, that was actually a feel good UFO story. Not all right, they didn't They didn't do anything weird to him. They didn't violate him like all these other stories where they do like very weird, gross things. They just held his hand like we're just going to be friends come by. Yeah yeah, yeah. Honestly, this is the type of experience that I would want if I were to be abducted the same same. Yeah, way better than like Barney and probably yeah a little bit. Yeah, I don't know that lightly, just a little bit. Yeah. Did you ever watch what's the show called? I think it's called People of Oh my god, I love the show. It was so funny. It was when they called him the ball sacker. Yeah, looked like one. It's so sad that it was canceled. It was it was a really good show. Yeah, it was so fun. I really liked it. I guess that's my spooky recommendation. I don't know. I don't remember having recommended it before. I probably did, because why wouldn't I. I don't know. Anyways, I found out on Hulu. But yeah, it's like people get abducted by aliens and then they formed this group and they it's like a support group for people that were abductive and it's like multiple aliens. So one of the aliens is the Nordic. So it's just a white guy with blonde hair, yeah, with not even blonde hair, white hair, Yeah, like a silver looking Yeah, that's what I picture when I hear the alien stories about picture, and then he exactly like him is whoy picture? Where's that place? It's in the in the Yes, yes, thank you, that is what I was trying to remember. Yeah, that is whoy picture. Yeah, when I hear alien stories about that, super funny. And then they have a reptilian guy too. I forgot about him. Oh yeah, yeah, well because there's a bunch of reptilians and then there's the Nordic guy and then like the little shortening one. Yes, yes, that's probably who took one. Could you just picture him holding hands with him? Oh my god, the cutest thing ever. I love that story. It was a feel good story. I like it. Yeah, I'm really glad that I found it. But yeah, I guess that that brings us to the end of the episode. And do you have any spooky recommendations aside from actually do I am? I actually started watching a Discovery of Witches kind of into it. Oh, how is that? I have been meaning to watch it? Not bad. I was expecting more like a gory not gory, but like more more death not yes or I don't know. I wanted. I thought it was going to be something like along the lines of True Blood, But I don't know why I went into like you know what I mean. Yeah, it's not bad. Okay, okay, It's like it's like if you like book talk, you're gonna like that. Okay, Okay, that makes sense. Yeah, yeah, I still haven't seen it. But every time I'm like meaning to, I just I don't know what I do. Instead, it's fine, Like it's fine, Like it's it's cool if you have nothing else to watch. Okay, Okay, I see, I've been I've I've been just catching up on what we do in the Shadows. I still have not caught up on that. Oh my god. I have the kids around me, and I can't watch it, like, okay, yeah, that makes sense. Yeah. I usually watched during my work breaks when they're not near me. I hardly. Well, I think this week I might catch up because my kids are back at school instead of oh, good, good, yeah watching it's such a good season. Okay, well, yeah, I guess that's the end of the episode.
