Okay, so a quick sury warning before the episode starts. This is continuing Part two of the Leabharan. Cool but this part contains a lot more murder than part one, which includes the death of children, So listen with caution or skip this part if you want. All Right, Hi everyone, this is Christina and this is MJ and Carmen. This is another episode of With Spooky Teals, the podcasts for all things spooky, spooky, sometimes true crime, sometimes both. Like today, because we are continuing part two of the l Bearing cult. But also MJ has some eclipse story eclips. I forgot what we were doing. I thought we were just gonna say she has something for us something. Yeah, she does, she does. And Carmen, Carmen, you have a job. Now you have our listener story. Yes, I feel like I have a purpose now this is it. Yeah, before you do your job. If you have a story you want to send into the podcast, you can email a spookitos at gmail dot com. You can dm us on any of our socials. You can also submit it on discord. Those are all options. You can call it a spooky hotline, but it'll get cut off at like two minutes I'm pretty sure a minute and a half one of those two. So keep it short, yeah, keep it short. Or you can attach a voice note and email it. That's probably have all the tit. If it's a longer story, and if it was super super long, like you just come on more than ten minutes, let me know, let me know, you know, we can arrange something. We will arrange something. So yeah, yeah, Carmen, you want to read the story now, but I'm done, all right. This is from Jorge. Jorge says, HI love your show. Guys. You guys make work for me, fly by. I got a few stories. I'll start with the short one. So back in ninety nine, I was living in Orange County, California. I was renting in an apartment with the roommate. Our building was a three story building. Most nights I would hang out outside with Mary Jane and other dudes from our building on the stairs outside to shooting the breeze, shooting the shit, I add that part. Usually we would go inside around eleven PM or midnight, depending on the day of the week. I myself never smoked, but did drink a little. One day, just like any other. It was around midnight and we were still outside when I saw a Dalmatian walking on the sidewalk towards us. The dog is walking towards us, us and comes to a small tree in front of us, stands up on his back legs, leans on the side of the tree, crosses his legs and grabs his tail somehow with one of his paws and starts swinging What what started swinging it while looking at us with these blowing red eyes. Oh my god, Sorry, I just imagine like bugs bunny like going like this then just swinging but horrifying yeah, like with blowing red eyes, like like the nightmare version of yeah, yeah, yes, Gussie Mechago as well as the other guys. We'll see Okay. So we just froze, couldn't move or say anything. After a few seconds that seemed hours, the dog calmly came down on all fours and continues strolling down the sidewalk and just vanished as it got further from us. What the fuck? Oh my god, that's a fucking wow something. Finally I was able to speak and told the guys, it's whatever it is, it's a nope nope. So finally I was able to speak and told the guys, fuck this, let's call it a night, and went inside. Next the next day, we got together again in the PM and talked about it and talked about what we saw the previous night. We all described seeing the same thing and decided that it was a demon or the devil again. I never smoked, but I did a drink. I never drank more than two to three beers, so I wasn't drunk. After that, we didn't say we didn't see anything again. I've got more stories and I'll be sending to them later. Stay at Tostellos. We are definitely. Yes, I'm freaking out right now. That was like, oh my god, that's horrifying. It's funny because it's not happening to me. Yeah, I'm horrified. Oh my god. That was Yeah, that was for sure like some some shape shifting entity. Oh yeah, that wasn't. Okay, whatever it was. I love the sign off. Thank you. Also, can I wait for the rest of your stories? Feel free to send them one by one, all of them, like whatever, you know, just send them. Okay, I'm recovering still from that story. You know, are you prating Spanish? I am? I am Karl, And I said we were going to practice their Spanish so we can sound like moras malitas, but we want to sound like cool Spanish speakers. Yeah, but we can't. And that was evidence of that. I have an American accent in Spanish for just like yeah, I say the words, but it's like, yeah, a family hears us, and like they know. They know. Obviously they know because they're a family, but like, yeah, like they know. Remember last time we were together in Mexico or was it the time before that, whatever it was, we went to that you know where the church is at the little Plaza. I sent three story yes, and we were buying juice and then like the guy we were buying who go from He's like something, We're like yeah, yeah right away, And I was like, damn. I thought my Spanish was like dec you could just tell like because yeah, because the way like the accent you could tell. Yeah, like even if you say the words correctly, like you're going to have an accent. Yeah, yeah, okay. So it's more it's more like eclipse lore because I try to look for paranormal stories and not many. I was like, I was expecting, like the spiritual people to have some kind of like you know, yeah, no, nobody. Everybody's letting me down. This eclipse, I bet has a a clip story. I have to look through save it for the next eclipse, which is what in twenty twenty four, and then California and like, I think the West Coast isn't getting one too, like twenty forty something or twenty fifty something. I don't even want to think about that. I cank way too far ahead. I was like, Oh, we're not going to have like a total eclipse here for a long long time. Oh, so I have it's more like a clipslore, but I thought it was interesting. So, uh, did you guys see any of I just want to ask, did you guy see any weird like solar stuff happening? Because I posted up pictures of my weird stuff, so weird son I had like the line going through it. I don't know if you guys saw on Instagram or Facebook. No, I remember seeing that. It wasn't like anything like well, I think it's pretty cool, but it wasn't like a path of totality cool. I do want to add if anyone is wonderam We have another episode that the hosts of Just the Zoo of Us, Ellen Weatherford, and she's also on TikTok the Zoo. Yeah, yeah, that's the name of her Podcast's The Zoo of Us. It's such a fun podcast about animals. It's so fun and it's kid friendly friendly. But she came on the podcast and she was talking about we talked about a stories together, like Laura, we didn't talk about what I'm just going to talk about today, but and then she shared like her experiencing the eclipse since the twenty seventeen So that's good. That's another fun listen. It was very interesting. After her listening to her account of the because she was in the path of totality in seventeen and hearing her experience, I was like, I understand why people thought that this was like the world was going to end, or that monsters came from the side. It makes complete sense, because oh my god, I'm sorry, this is so going to be so off off the rails. Did you guys hear about that influencer astrologer on Twitter that, yes, the one that killed her family? Yeah, yes, And I think people kept saying the world's gonna end, the Warld's gonna end on this eclipse, And like, when you're not well and you hear things like that and you're like influence in that manner, you're already in the influence space or in the not influence, in the astrology, not new age. When you're in the ual age space like that, you're already so so susceptible to like like thinking or conspiracies. It just evolves. And like her, she needed help and she didn't get it. She was like deep into this and yeah, instead she got in a what is it called when you surround yourself with people that think the same thing as you there's a name for it, like a feedback loop type thing, you know, that's the term, but anyway, there's another term for it. But instead she got stuck in that and was just like deeper and deeper, and it was just feeding her unwillness. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, a lot of people were freaking out because too. They were like Jesus is coming. Yeah, so it happens today in twenty twenty four, like of course, and this is why science is important. Yeah, and like yeah, and I watched it through a what is it called the Exploratorium the eclipse. This time they had a scientist in Mexico, so they were interviewing Mexican science tists and scientists here in California and Texas. So it was really nice and it was really educational stream and I love it. I had my whole little like meal session that day. I don't remember. It was like here I sandwich and clam chowder. I was living the life. Sounds like the dream. It was. It was a great day. It's a great day. And then I had like the window open. It was like brazy, it was perfect. Lunch was just amazing. But yeah, so it was grool lunch. Yeah, it's just well, actually it was better than Girl Lunch, better than Girl Dinner, Girl Dinner. Okay, But what I did see and I did want to talk about, was that UFO during the clips. Did you guys see that? No, No, it was it was in Texas during right, I think, right before Totality and they saw like this UFO just soum buying the clouds. I did it. I did see it. Yeeah, I miss it. Wow, I remember. Now I'm going to look it up so I can send it to Christina. Wow, I saw something, but now like it's all like that one was freaking. I was like, what the hell is that because it's it's I think in the original video it zooms by really fast and it's really thin, like it's like a line almost, And that's weird. That's weird. Yeah, I remember seeing this. Mm hmm. I'm not interested in debunking it. Wow, that's aliens or nothing. Oh the shadow of a plane. I mean it could be because there was like a lot of like weird light stuff going on, but it's strange. It could be a bit like I'm not interested. I'm just here for the UFO stories. So yeah, okay, So so thanks to the clips. I did come across at I think her she it goes by Alicia Smith art or Alicia I don't know which one she uses because she's on TikTok. And she explained the origins of some superstitions and spiritual beliefs, and one being the belief that wearing red when you go outside during the solar eclipse. Two wearing something metallic or reflective during the solar eclipse. Three pregnant women should not go outside during during the eclipse. For if a pregnant woman needs to go outside during the eclipse, she must wrap her belly in a red cloth. And five that demons run around during the eclips And this is like all stuff like growing up my family and my mom would be like, you know, telling you like wear a red which I did, well, not really, I have only black stuff, but I like clothing, and I wore a red bracelet and that was as much color as I was gonna count. It counts. Yeah, So I grew up with those superstitions or spiritual beliefs, did you guys? You know, I think the not going outside during the eclipse when you're pregnant, I heard that, But the rest that the red thing even when you sent it to us that day, I was like, what's going on? Because I didn't realize you were talking about the eclipse to laster. I don't think we heard any of that growing up though, other than not going outside for pregnant women but yeah, or pregnant people but yeah, the other ones I had no idea, just added to the list that the pregnant people can't do. Yeah, more things, more limiting things, more limiting things. Yeah, but that's what I did grow up with all five and my mom was like, you like, even if we're not in the path of totality, were red. I was like, I got a bracelet. As as it's gonna get, don't go outside. I did go outside. I did rebel. But that being said a lot of people in Mexico saying those who went outside and didn't follow the thing, they got sick afterwards. That's about you get. Yeah, that's about the only thing that I've heard paranormal come out from the clips that people are getting sick like immediately after. I almost wonder though, if it's like, I don't know COVID COVID from all the people are you're freaking yourself out, like you're like a what is it called that? You know what placebo effect is? It's better than actually yeah, but I heard like a lot of people are getting sick. I'm like, maybe it was the crowds you were in watching the eclips. Yeah, it was passed. Honestly, it looked like a blast, but it was a lot of people. I would have worn a mask either way. I don't know if I would have gone. I can't do big crowds. I'm my shoulders shouldered people I start dying and sign was it like that? Yeah, it was passed. I didn't see the live stream of past past like it was. It was crazy. And then they let's not even get started on the the expats over there and what they did. Okay. I was like, wait, okay, no, yeah, but did you see that white lady from me are you with the little girl and the newscaster? Yeah, over the during the clips and then she yelled during the eclipse and she yelled at the kid. She's like, this is a private viewing. And then the girl's like no, no, the kind of van like you know, going on on, but like she's right, it was a public space. It was a public space. Yeah, there's no private beaches in in I can't remember where it was. No, it wasn't a private beach. She was saying it was a private viewing event. Yeah, yeah, private viewing events an eclips No, but that was it was a it was a it was a public space. But she was like yelling at the Oh my god, I was so freaking mad. I was so mad. I wondered. I don't want to condone violence, but some people just need to be fucking decked in the face, like I just bamn, right, I was pissed. I was livid. I was Yeah, I would have like straight up just like we do not do as I say, and do not do as I do either ignore me. Yeah, neither way. So the origins come from the verse of his mother. Oh my god, I have a hard time saying this is it. Que Yeah, Quaque became pregnant when when a ball of hummingbird feathers fell on her breast. Beautiful Alicia goes on to say that Europeans added some lore to it, as they do. Yeah, that's the version I had heard before that she gets like jealous or mad or that her brother is going to be born. Yeah, Shaki, I think became embarrassed by the way her mother became pregnant. Then she attacked her mother so she could kill the Childaki had visions of war and death that her brother would bring, so she tried to end her brother and mother. However, was born and he was ready for battle. He cut off his sister's head and flung it in the sky, where her head became the moon. Now we see Lopochli and Shakwi are in cosmic battle, and when there's an eclipse, Coyol Shakwi is winning. And during the eclipse, star demons called Meh attack the sun god and this is all to establish Shakwi as the sixth son. And we are currently in the fifth Sun. So if our sun dies, then the earth dies with it. Therefore, nord living thing is safe during the eclipse. That Meh take this opportunity to devour living things who are not protected themselves during an eclipse. How do you protect yourself by wearing red? Red protects against bad energy silver because anything that shines as sacred, but pregnant women should always protect themselves and stay indoors, as the me can possess pregnant women and turn cause harm to the baby and big Thank you to Alicia Smith for the amazing breakdown, and I included a picture of the star Deemon in the notes. The CC mime no, yeah, and it's interesting because there is a snake coming out of an interesting area. They're depicted as skeletal women fingers wearing skirts, often with skull and crossbone designs, so I'm like, already kind of scary from the artwork I've seen. They have like claws for hands and feet like bird cloths, and eyes on their like knees and elbows and wrists and ankles, and a snake and a snake tail coming out of their what or private area? I can't tell. It's hard to tell. I think it's like a tale, no or no. I guess it does look like it's coming out. I mean it could be a tale, but like, I don't know what it is. It is weird though, hmmm interesting. Oh look the CC meme so like you said, them wrapping like attacking the sun during the eclipse, so they like descend earth possess men. But also it said that if the seats oh my god, scs meh, could not start a bow fire in the empty chest cavity of a sacrifice human at the end of a fifty two year calendar round, the fifth son would end. They would descend to devour the last of men. But they're also like I mean, and I don't know how accurate Wikipedia is, but related to fertility worshiped by midwives, I mean that would make sense because like they could bring harm to the baby from the story. So maybe like, hey, don't harm us, don't harm the baby, Okay. So I have a few stories from Turtle Island and the Choctaw Nation. In their beliefs, they run out yelling at the sky, not at anger of the sun, but in defense of it. Once blames a hungry black squirrel for the disappearance of the sun, and according to the article from Etlas obscura dot com, when the Sun began to get less in his brightness and grow dark and obscure, they believed that some ethereal black squirrels of large size, driven by hunger, had commenced eating him and were going to devour him. Israel falsome a, I can't pronounce this the nation. Sorry, Chuck ta chuck taw. I think don't cancel you, guys. I'm sorry. A minister and trail of tears survivor once said, according to the Nation Historic Preservation Department, with this belief, they thought it was their duty to make every exertion they could to save the great luminary of day from being consumed by them. Therefore, every person, men, women and children who could make a noise were called upon to join in the effort to drive the squirrels away. What a unifying event. I was just gonna say. It sounds like very communal, like everyone comes together. I love that as the sun will return, the yelling would turn into cheers. And this isn't sadly widely practiced anymore, and it's more of an oral tradition and story telling, though a few people are trying to bring it back. In the Cherokee Nation, the tradition is yelling at the giant frog in the sky. According to their traditions, once in a while, the giant frog gets hungry for the sun. People of the Cherokee Nation would go outside and make noise, bank pots yell until the sun came back. Similar to the Choctawn Nation, love it, Love it, and the Navajo Nation and the is it dnay? I always used to say, dnay, But it's done right like a I think it's dnay or is it DNA Damn. I don't know. I was just going to say the opposition if I feel like I've heard people say Danny, but I don't know. Are you sure that? Okay, let us know. I'm going to say Dnaydnay. I think Denay. You know what's terrible. I follow like so many Dnay creators people on TikTok yeah, and I can and I hear them say it all the time, and like suddenly when you asked, I, I can't remember now, I'm like, this is the same with like a chop taw, Like I follow a lot of them and it's like beIN there, but it's like my brain goes poof. You can't English today. Yeah. So the nomenajo nation in the DNAE do not go out during the eclipse. They also do not look at the eclips. To them, it's very a very sacred phenomena. It's the death and reburst of the sun. And I have a quote from the same article and according to the statement by the Institute for DNAE Culture, Philosophy, and Government, death is a sacred event to the DNAE, demanding the utmost respect there is only one way to reverence during an eclipse. The statement reads, no shortcuts exist. Throughout the day of the solar event, people are supposed to fast, stay indoors, remain calm, and avoid bathing. And during the eclipse itself, people most look downwards like animals do. As an example, sheep knew what to do already. Carlos Bagget, and Navajo culture and language teacher at Page High School in Arizona, told twelve News they wouldn't graze anymore. They would settle in, put their heads down, not even sleep, just tuddle. So that tells you, as human beings, something is going on with nature. So animal behavior guides us. And I also know that the Navajo and the Dune and among I think a few other nations if they're not even allowed to see pictures of the eclipse or videos of it. Yeah, I saw, and I had not. I had not heard this before, but I saw on TikTok and Instagram, okay, all the social media's, but there was people posting like, if you're going to post pictures, put a tugger warning over it. So yeah, no one like of these indigenous groups sees it because they're not supposed to. They're not supposed to. Yeah, and then I didn't know because I'm like, I have like family that are part Navajo, and I was posting it up on like Facebook, and I was like, oh my god, I'm so sorry you guys, like you're supposed to correct me for my penhalas. But yes, so I hope you guys enjoyed the stories. I thought they were interesting. I never heard of them. Yeah. I love the animal eating the sun stories because they're like, yeah, I would think something was eating the sun too. I know that's what it made me think of too, Like, yeah, that's what that really is, what it looks like. Yeah, Okay, well, I guess this is a good spa for an ad break and a shout out to the patrons, which I'm actually gonna do. I'm actually going to shout out the patreo members. The best support that you can give us is just listening to our episodes here, So thank you for doing that, and we're back. We are continuing part two of the Lebarian Cult the le Baron Colt because this takes place partly in Mexico and partly in California and Utah. So if you don't remember where we left off last episode, we are up to the point where Joel excommunicated Irville, but Irvoll was like, I don't care. I'm I'm the true leader of the Firstborn blah blah blah Church of lamb or whatever, that's what he named his church. And so I will kill you, I guess is very nice, very nice, outstanding gentlemen. Yeah, yeah, he yeah. He started preaching to his own followers that he was the true leader, the one who inherited the Matto from Joseph Smith, and he is the one chosen from God, not his brother Joel. Joel's the betrayer. He needs to pay for a betraying God. And he was training his followers and arms because he was teaching them that like all these people were coming after them, the Knights of Columbus, the FBI, but not only them, also Joel's members. He was saying, like the other are former like people. They're gonna come after us too, because like we're the right people, not them. They need to join us. So that's what's going on that he was gonna start this. There was gonna be this like global apocalypse thing, and there was gonna be like a new religion afterward. And he was the leader, and the false prophet needed to die, and the false prophet was Joel. But Joel was like, no idea. I didn't know this. So yeah, that's where we're at. So now now we're in part two now, So in August nineteen seven to Joel was going to drive down from Las Molinos, which is in Baja California, to Colonel le Baron. And so I think this because once he made his new church of the Firstborn of blam whatever, that's not the right word. But when Rvill and Joe split and Joel Irville made his new church, they split off into like three different locations. So they had the og Colonial le Baron in like Chihuahua. Then they also had a compound if whatever you want to call it, ranch compound in San Diego. They had another one in Utah, somewhere in Utah, and then like Arizona and later Texas. But so I believe that this one was in San Diego where Joel was headed because he was like, Rville, we gotta talk, Something's got to happen. We can't just like keep doing this, and so he was driving down but then the car broke down on the way and Joel was with his two wives and some of his kids in the car. Uh, and so because it broke down, they left it with a follower named Benkamint, but Joel had no idea that Ben Hamen was actually one of Ervil's followers now and was not on Joel's side. So when it was time to pick the car back up, it was Joel and one of his sons who went to go pick it up. So Ivan, his son, waited in the car while Joel went into Winnicamene's house to you know, get the keys whatever talk. And then Joel was ambushed by Benkamint and then Dan Jordan, two members who had both joined Rvil's side. So first they like started beating beating him up with a chair, but then they just shot him after that, And I then heard the whole thing, which like, that's very sad. Then Benkmen and Dan Jordan ran out of the house, jumped into a station wagon that was like waiting for them, and they ran off, and Ivan ran in the house to find his father dead on the floor. Oh my god, how traumatic. Yeah, right, And there's actually two accounts of how this happened. Other sources said that Joel was not on his way to meet Irville when this happened. One of Rville's followers, Daniel Jordan, who's actually married to one of Joel and Erville's nieces, he went over to visit Joel and killed him at Joel's house. So I'm not sure which one's correct because they're both white. A little reported not sure which one it is, but supposedly the second version is that Dan Jordan entered the house, shot Joel and then fled in a station wagon, and Ivan was in the car or waiting for Joel and he went out to go find his day in the same way with Ivan finding his dad killed, and Rvo justified his brother's killing because he had been preaching to his followers about blood atonement for a while. Are either of you, I know Carmen's familiar, But MJ, are you familiar with blooded toement a little bit? So? Blooded tooment was once a teaching of the Mormon Church. Joseph Smith might have thought of it, but Brigham Young widely preaches about it. He was the first one to do that, and so it went like it was back in the eighteen fifties, and blood of toement teaches that some sins like murder, are so bad that the only way the sinner can repay for the sin they committed is to be killed. That's the only way they can be forgiven. And originally blood of tooement was used as a punishment for murder. It was called blood for blood punishment, but then they started using it for things like denying the church, leaving the church, marrying someone outside of the church. Damn yes. And so the Mormon Church first they like kind of denied that this was a thing, and they were like, I mean, fundamental Latter day Saints whatever, they believe in this, but we never really used it. It was widely used when before like the religion split off from like LDS FLDS. So the LDS they don't like, they don't do it at all. They don't even recognize it. But the FLDS, the fundamentalists, they and even like only the extremists of the FLDS believe in it, like the brothers that from Under the Banner of Heaven. Yeah, that's exactly what I was gonna tak about talk about. In more recent times, bloodataement has been used to justify the murder of murders. If anyone watched Under the band of Under the Banner of Heaven, I didn't have to write all this down, like yes later, Yeah, Carlin and I watched that, and I listened to the other book too. Yeah, you write the book too. Yeah. If anyone heard about the murder of Brenda Lafferty and fifteen month old Erica Lafferty, her daughter in nineteen eighty four, the Lafferty brothers who did this, they justified it because it was blood atonement supposedly, And yeah, I mean it's horrible, but and nobody like this isn't a thing, but extremists like the Lafferty brothers, or I was gonna say, I don't know if this is still a practice, But I watch Jordan and McKay on YouTube and their ex Mormons, and they talk a lot about Mormonism, Mormon influencers and like that type of world or whatever. Not just Mormons, but like traditional like fundamental Christians and stuff like that, but mostly Mormons. But anyway, they I can't remember when it was what topic they were talking about, but they like talk about, you know, the I don't know, like hypocrisy of the Mormon like leadership and the Mormon religion and blah blah all that stuff. And they were talking about blood atonement and that the Mormon I don't know, leadership whatever, teaches that it's not a thing anymore, it was never a thing. And yet I want to say, they say, if I remembering right, that even when they got married in the temple, they do emotion like part of getting married in the temple is they do this motion that is blood atonement. That is the like symbolism for blood atonement. So they say they don't practice it or acknowledge it, and yet it's part of the ritual of a temple wedding. But I don't. And I mean they they're not old or anything, but like things could have changed since they got Mary married. Yeah in the temple. Wow, I did not know that because I was gonna say it's not a thing, but extremists like the Levity Brothers or ervio LeBaron still use it to justify the killings. But I mean, I guess in some sense it might still be a thing. M Isn't that creepy? Like can you imagine getting married like till death? Do? Its park? Creepy? None of that's going to make sense if anyone's not watching the video. We're doing a slashing emotion on site. It's on site. Yeah, that's me too, the XPACT. Look, I'm not saying it's right, but I'm saying I understand. So yeah, blurtomin bad not good? No in short information. So one month later, Joel's church members received that letter from Irville. He said he was not responsible for Joel's murder and that Joel's members could either denounce Joel as the prophet and join him or they didn't deserve to live. Very believable. Yeah, really gonna want to make you join. And this didn't go like you thought it would, like almost no one joined, of course, right. Instead, they chose to follow Verlin the Other as the successor of Joel. And I was so sorry because there's gonna be a lot of names in this part. So after Joel's killing, several members of Joel's old cult or church as Bolinos, they began to fear that Rvill was going to attack them because he, I mean, he already killed their prophet, like that wouldn't be much for him to then go after all of them. And Irville thought that by killing Joel he'd be able to step in easily take Joel's place as the leader. Of course that didn't happen, so almost exactly one year later, Irvill was arrested for Joel's murder. He was tried and sentenced to twenty years in Mexican jail. And so Joel's former members they thought they could breathe again. They were like, Oh, we're good, We're safe. Wrong. In just short fourteen months, Ervill was free. Oh my god, did he escape? He he bribed the judge, of course he didn't. Yeah, And so he was out, charges dropped and everything. And during those fourteen months, Irville was fucking making his lists DA lists. Yeah, he was just sitting there ruminating, hating Virlin. He felt betrayed by Joel's former members, and many been testified against him during the trial. Further, cementing their spot in his list. Damn, that's so scary because they thought they were going to be safe because he was sentenced to twenty years. Oh my god. Yeah yeah. And so after Arvil was released, he fled to Mexico, concerned that maybe the authorities would change their mind about releasing him. And so he fled with twenty of his wives, forty children, and his small amount of followers, and they then spread out in between Arizona, San Diego, and Utah. And at these encampments, Ervill's followers learned about explosives and rifles from Dean vest a Vietnam veteran, and they were further isolated. They were taught to be vigil because Joel's followers were going to come back and attack them, That's what he was telling them. So he trained them like an army, like a little militia, like a little Mormon militia. And in Las Molinos, they were scared and they had a reason Erville was out and about they're other training too. Oh my god. See. And during his time in jail Irville, he came out with a vengeance. He received visions in jail. These visions told him, well, he already knew that Verlin needed to die. Oh my god, of course, yes. So members of lasts Las Molinos. Members of Las Molinos built a watch tower, they put sirens in around their little ranch. They formed the watch groups because they were scared and they again had a reason to be. So meanwhile, Irville moved around Arizona, San Diego, Utah, a lot of moving. And also, I will I didn't put in my notes, but I will read this from a People article that I found. So while they're moving around like they're living in poverty, like all of the members, I think by the end they were like not sure if he had like fifty children in total or more. Oh my god, yes, yes. And people complain about Nick Kevin, He's not even on this level. It's so funny in that documentary the Liberian kids, of course now adults that are talking about it all, and they themselves try to count up how many siblings there are, and they can't even agree on a number, but it's like fifty something. They end up it's like somewhere in the fifties. I do have a question. You guys probably know the answer. But remember a few years ago in Mexico there was like the shootout and then like the kids were in like a vam. Yes it was the Lebrons, was them, right? Yeah? Because I know they had like a lot of people like, oh my god, can't believe they pat I'm like, okay, I understand the kids, but the parents were in to some like cartel shady shit, but they didn't publish size that in the States, and they made them look like these They actually like made them look like saints. But I was like, wait, no, no, no, they weren't into like I don't know if it was arm dealing or drug dealing like the parents were. It was something shady, yeah, and they were their own little version of like like Mormon cartel m hm. And in the States they didn't publish that, and I was like and then I saw people like how can like you know this? I remember in the States were like this is who? Thence I'm like, oh, well, are you gonna go you know? And then I commented on one of them, oh are you gonna like condemn them because they had their own little cartel and they were doing shady shit. Oh but you didn't hear that in the news, right, And so pissed off. I remember being pissed off because people weren't talking about them being into like some shady legal shit even for you know, yeah, I had not realized these were the same libearons until you mentioned that song. I'm glad you, yeah, because it popped up because I remember, Wait, there was like those like cartel Mormons in Mexico, like what they call him the cartel Mormon. Yeah. Yeah. One of their daughters in that documentary said that people come up with different numbers depending on different circumstances. Circumstances polygamous mouth is hard. Yeah. And then what's his name is also related to them? Was it Mitt Romney? Really? Oh shit, No way, I didn't know that. Oh that I didn't know. I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure he's related to them. He's related to some Mormon family in Mexico. And I'm thinking, and if I remember her correctly, it was like the Mormon because they were talking about his relation to the Mormon family in Mexico when the shooting happened. There's another set when I was gonna say, because isn't Rulon Alred wasn't he It could be that too. He was born in a compound like this, a different one a different Colonna. It could be something else. But yeah, but I remember, like Mitt Romney got dragged into the to the conversation because they said that Mitt Romney had found like was somehow connected to the cartel Mormons. But yeah, but if it was cartel Mormons, and it could have been the Libarion like even I mean, I don't know if it was family or like on a social setting, it is the Liberians. I just uh, well, the nine victims of the in the shooting, but I mean sadly there are they were well, there was three women and fourteen children and they were ambushed. It's terrible because there's so many children on the compound. But they are descendants of the Libarons. Yeah. Wow, so it was Colonia. It was the Colonel le Broon. Yes. Oh oh, so let's see many Mormons who supported Peliami fled to Mexico, Canada. We talked about that last time in Mexican mid Mexico. Oh, they talked about the Liberian the area in Chihuahua that's had or whatever that they settled there. And among these settlers included Miles Park Romney, the great grandfather of Romney and his father was born in Mexico. Yeah, I knew he had twice. I was entirely sure. Okay, but Miles only had four wives, so only and yeah he moved to in eighteen eighty five. Okay, yeah, wow. I mean it is a small for Mormons, especially the fundamental ones, because it's even a smaller group. You know, it's like a subsect of a subsect or whatever. I'm using words right, which I might not be, I think, so yeah, but yeah, while they were moving around from like these different states, between these compounds of Vervo's group or cults or whatever, the children recall they were living in fear of him. They were moving frequently because their vale was trying to avoid law enforcement. They had no running water. They would bathe in these galvanized tubs once a week. They rarely, rarely had shoes. They didn't have electricity. They had to steal clothes from donation boxes from donation box uh huh, yeah, how does that work? No? But I mean, like, why would you steal from their donation because they had no money. No, they weren't. They weren't donation for them. You know the boxes that they you put stuff in and then they shipped them off to like other countries. Oh, I had no idea. I thought it was like meant like some kind of like it wasn't like donation. No, oh okay, okay, it's like yeah, those boxes that are like on the street, and so then like they would open it and then the smallest one would get insigned and start throwing stuff out, and then they would like you know, rummage through it and find what they could. Oh okay, Oh that's horrible. That'sn't that. If you watch the documentary it's on Hulu. God, what's it called. I can't not remember Daughters of the Cold. Yes, than the Netflix documentary, but you can see all about that Hulu. What are Netflix? Thank you? Yeah, Hulu. So that's why they were living like terrible, terrible way to grow up. Yeah, they were going from place to place because he was a faiting the police. He created this environment of paranoia, further indoctrinating his followers because now they were soldiers. He made them soldiers and so Irville. He had been working on this manifesto and he had finished it and he had two of his followers deliver it to Last Molinos. Molinos, Last Molinos. I need to stop. So this manifesto was called Hour of Crisis. They have vengeance sounds intense. Yeah. Yeah. When to his followers walked up to deliver this manifesto, the people Joel's people, they were like, what the fuck? You should be in jail. They were so scared, like why are they just walking? Oh my god, imagine seeing him, someone he thought was gonna be put away over twenty years. Yeah, just walking around. And so these two it was eighty two pages this manifesto, and a lot of it was incoherent. Of course, there was one promise. This promise was that he swore vengines to any one who failed to follow the word of the Lord. And obviously this was disturbing because Irwell considered himself to be the word of the Lord and if the Joel's people were not following Irvil, then they deserve to die. Wow. And he was announcing it in his little manifesto eighty two page manifesto. That's not a little manifesto. Yeah, that's why I added, I corrected his little eighty two pages and little yeah, one page, little eighty two pages. No, he got it. So then on December twenty sixth, nineteen seventy four, before nine pm, two vehicles approached Las Molinos. They were carrying four of Rville's most trusted men. They had stolen a pickup truck filled with Molotov cocktails and a lot of guns, enough guns to arma a small army, because that's what they were. They snuck into Las Molinos last, yes, Las Molinos, at nine pm. These four men, they set fire to the watch tower because there was the tallest building in the town. They threw a Molotov cocktail at it, and while people ran to put out the fire, they opened fire at them. Oh my god, what horrible. So then they broke up into two groups. Some were on foot and the other two were in the truck, and they headed towards Rolin's house, but they didn't know that he wasn't there. They shot into the house, They threw hand had made bombs at Verlin's house, and uh they also set fire to it. Luckily, Verlin's wife, first wife, fled with all the kids in the house when she heard gunshots. And what the group wanted was to lure Verlin out to kill him, but that didn't happen because Verlin fled. He took these threats from what's his name his brother seriously from Irville. Verlin or Irville. Soitching between the two is brough for me, as everything is. So Verlin took the threat seriously, and he had fled to Nicaragua, and he left his family behind. Every man for themselves. I guess, right, every Erville, I mean Verlin, Erlin. That's gonna say Mervin's Mervin. You gotta say every Irv sounding name. Yeah. So yeah, they didn't find Verlin, and they stopped attacking the town by ten PM and they fled. By the end of it, four women and eleven men were shot to two of them were actually teens, and two of them died. There was twenty four homes that had burned down to the ground. Lasmolinos didn't have a working phone, so they couldn't even dial nine one one, oh wow. They had to throw the injured into their cars trucks and drive them to the nearest clinics. So the raid was a failure. And Erville's like, all right, well, I gotta keep trying to kill Vilin. But for a moment, he had bigger things to worry about. Because of the raid attempt, I started scarce some members of Rville's coat, right, and one of these members was Noahmi Serat, who was Mecha. Means that at this wife, he's the one who killed Joel, right, yes, So she started getting scared and she started letting other people know, like she went it out. She wanted to escape and she was going to go to the authorities about what she knew. And so Rville heard this and she needed to be silenced. No I was like, please survive. Damn. He ordered two of his wives to kill no That's another fucking thing about evil. He didn't do any of these killings. He was over there ordering like a little bit instead of doing himself. That's why they call him the Mormon Charles Manson, Yeah, Mormon Manson. Yeah. So yeah, he ordered two of his wives to kill Noami for this, Fonda White and Jolandarrios. So they invited Miami for a drive and they had been friends for years and that's so terrible. Yeah, So Noami trusted them obviously, and as the sun was setting, Yolanda drove into a ravine, suddenly stopped the car, ordered Miami out of the car. Then Vanda got out and fired multiple shop gone killing Miami. Yeah, that's like, that's so fucked up. Like, if you're gonna kill someone, be upfront about it, you know, like, hey, I'm gonna kill you right now. Like, oh well yeah that too. Someone's going with you because of your friend and they trust you. No, that's not terrible. Yeah. And so then these two women dug for hours to only dig like the most shallow grave because they couldn't dig that much, and then covered Miami and left. Yeah, and then they left so to Irville. This was a success. They got away with it, but that wasn't enough. That wasn't enough for Erville. So in nineteen seventy five, that raid that they did on Virlin's community financially hit Irville, and so he started looking for more funding. He had members in different states where they were located, so like San Diego, Utah, Arizona, they had them. He had them open hardware stores where they would work along with their children and give this to the church, this money, whatever money they made. And so although some of these stores ended up doing okay, the members were not receiving any of this. So they were still living in poverty. And these children were working like twelve hour fucking daies that's what they do. Yeah, they took him out of school by fourth fifth grade so they could keep working at these stores. And so then that wasn't enough money. Still, he started trying to convince new rich members to join by offering them young underage wives. What the fuck, it's not like we're talking about human trafficking. Oh, one hundred percent. Yeah, So he married his own fifteen year old daughter off to a man named Victor Chinowith, who was the brother of his own fifth wife. What disgusting, discussing shit really so cross, Oh my god. And then Arville married Victor's younger sister, seventeen year old Rena shinow and that was his thirteenth and final wife. But also Verlin had been molesting her for five years already. Oh wow, she was seventeen. Oh my god. Disgusting. So that brought in some money because Victor Chinowth was like a successful businessman in Utah. And then on top of that, Arville also started trying to go to smaller Mormon FLDS communities to try and get them to join his church, to get them to pay tidings. And then when they didn't do this, he was like, all right, well I have the right to kill them. Blood atonement because they didn't give tidians to his church. God. What Yeah, insane, absolutely insane. It just gets worse and worse. Like it's already bad, but as time goes on, it just keeps getting worse. You're like, when is it gonna stop? And it doesn't. Never, it will keep getting worse. Wow. So in April nineteen seventy five, he ordered the killing of Bob Simons, who was a polygamist who believed God gave him the mission to minister to indigenous people and convert them leave them alone, I know. So he of course didn't do it himself. He had one of his followers do it. They pretended to want to convert to Bob's church. The follower picked up Bob because they were gonna go meet with some other people to talk about this. They drove for miles. The follower was like, oh, I gotta get out and pee, and so he stopped. He stopped the car in like this middle of nowhere road. Bob Simon's got out of the car to stretch. When he did, he was ambushed by two other followers of Irville, who then shot him. They took his money, which was four dollars for tidings. Oh my god, wow, four dollars next on Ervill's hit list, because that's basically what it is. Yeah. So Dean Grover Vest the guy I mentioned earlier who trained everyone because he was a Vietnam veteran, He had been talking about attempting to leave the church because his wife had already left. All the violence was too much for her. She took the kids and she fled to Washington, and he was distraught. He was like, I need to go, I need to go. So his plan was to sell this boat he was refixing, or he was fixing make five thousand dollars off of it, and then join her in Washington. That was his plan. But this may Irville super mad because one Dean was his right hand man, he was his commander, his military commander. Plus he was gonna have five thousand dollars and not give them to him for the church. So this made Irville super mad, and he had another revelation. He was told from God that Dean needed to die. But you know, Irville wasn't gonna do it himself, so he told his tenth wife, Vonda White, that God told her she needed to kill Deean. So on June sixteenth, nineteen seventy five, Dean was told that his family had gotten in a car accident in Washington. On his way to the airport, he stopped at Vanda White's house. He was just going to pick up some boxes that he had left there. And when he got there, she sent her kids upstairs, told them don't come downstairs at all for any reason whatsoever. And she asked Dean if he could take a look at her sink because it was like dripping or whatever, like, please fix my sink. I'm a helpless woman. And so he crawled to get under the scene. And then she grabbed her gun, like pulled it out from underneath her shirt or something, and fired twice. Also, she was six months pregnant when this happened. Oh my god. Yeah, when she shot there was blood everywhere. It was a mess. And so she called the police and said that two other people tried to kill him, like help, two people just tried to come kill me and Dean, but they only killed Dean. So they arrived, but there wasn't enough evidence to charge her with anything. Wow. And then they talked to her kids, but they didn't admit anything because they were well trained to you know, they weren't gonna say anything, and so she was released but instructed not to leave town. But she did. She fled to another one of the compounds. And so then while all this is happening, the people of Las Molinos, they were lobbying to the Mexican government to have Rville arrested and his followers. So while Rville was in chihuah Wa with one of the men who had killed Joel, the pair, they were spotted and they were arrested, and so there was a trial on March sixth. It went into the summer of nineteen seventy six. Countless of Joel's church members, the firstborn of the fullness of Time, testified, and so did Erville's mother. M m she said, my son's a killer. Wow. But Erville's followers smuggled money to the judge and he was le oh, but oh my god, stop it. Don't you see what happened the last time you let him leave? Yeah? Yeah, So he fled, of course, and he yeah, he was escaped. He escaped the law once again. But the trouble wasn't over for him, because it never is. So will all this is going on, He's back into one of his compounds whatever. His daughter, Rebecca had been sent to Mary Victor Shinoweth. If we remember when she was fifteen, she's now seventeen. This is two years later. She's having issues, she's having what they're calling emotional outbursts and tantrums. She is stealing and binge eating. But also like it wasn't her fall. Obviously she was trafficed to this. She's trying to manage all of her you know, emotions of being traffic by her father to this man and this this is the man that was molesting her too, right or no, no, no that it was Irvil. No, sorry, that was Verbin Irvil, Irvill's new wife, got it, got it? Yeah, I said, there was a lot of but still don't burn the whole family, you know. Yeah, but still like her being you know, young, Yeah, and then abused by this man because he's an adult, asked grow my god. Also like the first wife treated her horrible. Ugh. Yeah. So then she also had a baby during this two years, and the baby was taken from her to be raised by their first wife. Oh my god, that is horrible. Yeah. She was sent away to another state to work in a hardware store. In one of the hardware stores they had, and she was like screaming at customers, refusing to work and threatening to expose the church for everything that had happened to her. At this point, she was preaking with her second child, and so in May nineteen seventy seven, Rville told her, Rebecca, his daughter, that she was going to be reunited with her son, and she was so happy. She was so happy. It was a line, wasn't it. He sent to his followers that were going to drive her to the airport, and the whole time she was talking about how excited she was. She was going to take her son to Mexico. That's where she was going to have her second child, and maybe they could even live there. She was making plans and again she was so happy, and suddenly men pulled over. They climbed into the backseat and they started to strangle her while she was pregnant, yes, yes, with the second child. Yeah. She fought and fought and it took them twenty minutes, but they killed her. My god, she wanted to live like. That's horrible, it is. It's that's why Aqua Tofana was saying, Yeah, ain't that's the truth. It's terrible and so they buried her in the Oklahoma State Park. They drove back to Dallas gave Irville his car back because it was Rville's car that they did this in. Of course it was, yeah, of course it was, and they gave it back. There was bloodstains in the back and the trunk, I think. And then Ervil was furious. But like with this, he showed that not even his own daughter was exempt from no one is safe, no no one, no one. So when person was like able to escape Virlin and Erlin, Irville and his blood atonement list right, this was Verlin and so yeah, he was still not dead and this made Irvil very mad. So he devised a plan that he hoped would bring Verlin out of hiding. He decided that he needed to kill Rulon Alred, who we talked about in the last episode. The two brothers were part of his church for a while, Joel and Irville, and he's also this like other big FLDS leader who had like a bigger church like a thousand plus members, also did some fucked up shit they all do. Of course, yeah, Rulan Alred had already made Irvil mad because he didn't pay tidings to him, so he was already on his list. So he decided that yeah, Rulan needed to die, and he believed that Verlin would attend because he would not miss the opportunity to proach his followers. So on May tenth, nineteen seventy seven, Erville's thirteen wife, Rina Shinowet, and one of his stepdaughters were Mona Marston, wore wigs and other disguises and they went into Alred's medical office where they shot him, emptying a twenty five caliber pistol into him, and his funeral was four days later. During the funeral, four of Rville's men were ready for Verlin. Their plan was to four of them enter from different parts of the building because it was held out of high school and so they were going to enter for a different parts. They were each armed and whoever Sawverilan first was supposed to fire. That was a plan, but when they got there they didn't expect to see so many people. It was so packed, so they left. They were like, we're not going to do this, and Rville was furious, but they it was getting too much for them, so they fled into Mexico. Orville and some of his lieutenants, and so when he fled with some of the top leaders of his cold, things started to fall apart in the other compounds. One of the first compounds to fall apart was Dallas then went in Dallas, Texas, and that was because of Earville's first wife, Delfina Saledo. So Delfina started asking questions about Rebecca, Oh my god, her daughter, Oh my god, and people were like, oh, we don't know, We don't know until June eighth, nineteen seventy seven, when Lilia, Delfina's daughter, told her the truth that Irville had her killed. So then Delfina started screaming at everyone, like you murdered my child, natural reactions. She was so upset. The people that were around her were like, oh, Rebecca brought her on herself, like because she's sinned. Wow. And so then her son in law, Delfina's son in law was like, oh, well, I gotta go to the warehouse for a second, and she froze because she was pretty sure he was going to go get like a weapon to kill her on the spot. So then she apologized for her outbursts and that she would stay quiet about the murder. She wouldn't say anything, but that night then they believed her. But that night she escaped with her ten year old daughter, and the next morning they went straight to the police. Good for her, mm hmm yeah. And then police started hunting down all the cult members over the next two years, and they had already been searching for Ervil for a while too. Rina Shinewitz, she's the one who killed Rulan al Read. She was found first, and she was tried, she was arrested, but the jury they could not believe the insane story about these like two fighting church factions. Oh my god, so they acquitted her. Oh my god. I'm sorry, but that's the most believable thing, because do people not remember the Crusades the conquistadors right now? They don't even think about that. They're like, what do you mean that this poor religious lady would do something like this. I'm like, that's the most believable thing. Have you have any of these people read world history? No, she confessed everything eleven years later in her memoir and that's where the details about his murder come out from. And then after that, Vonda White was arrested, but she was not as lucky. She was found guilty for Dean vest his murder on May thirteen, nineteen seventy nine. June first, nineteen seventy nine, Irvo's ranch was raided in Mexico and chihuawa His ranch was raided and he was handed over to the US six days later. But he was like, beat the fuck up. The Mexican police just beat him up. He was bruised and swollen everywhere. Wow, oh, thoughts and prayers. They handed him over. Then the trial took place May twelve, nineteen eighty. Many people defended him, others testified against him, including his own son, Isaac Leberon. Mostly because of Isaac Leberon's testimony, he was found guilty on May twenty eighth and sentenced to life in prison. Wow. Good, Yeah, and Irville. He spent a year writing another manifesto. Of course, it was six hundred pages long. Oh my god, and I thought I couldn't get longer than eighty something pages. Wow you thought, you thought? Yeah. This one was called the Book of the New Covenants. In it, he detailed the succession of the first born of the Church of Lamb of God. His eldest son was going to be the next leader. There was also a list of fifty people that were due for blood atonement, including Isaac Lebaran for testifying against him, also officers and detectives. Okay, I have a question. So technically any type of murder needs blood atonement, So wouldn't it just be continuously murder murder? Murder murder, because even if you murder for blood atonement, it's murder, so therefore you have to get murdered. No, they don't think of it that way, you would think. But no, the ones issuing the blood atonement, they can murder whoever they want. Yeah, comparent Yeah, you think that they would be the one that's wants to be murdered. Yeah, I mean I think like somebody else could be like, oh, blood and toement for you because it's murder. But yeah, yeah, they themselves, they like justify it in there because they're doing blood atonement, so it doesn't count like in their heads. Yeah fucked. Yeah, they're like this murder is okay because it's for blood atonement. Yeah. So on August sixteenth, nineteen eighty one, a prison guard passed by Rville doing push ups and whatever. It was fine. He passed by again three hours later, and Rville was laid out on the floor with his hand across his chest because he suffered a heart attack. He died. Oh wow. That same morning, Verlin died in a car crash in Mexico. That is weird. His Virlin's like family members, followers, they don't think it was a coincidence. Other people started believing that Irville was killing from the beyond. I mean I could see why they would think that, Yeah, because he had his manifesto, and then people started dying in his manifesto, including Verlin. Isaac le Baron was found dead on June twenty first, nineteen eighty three, in the room with his sisters. He was shot in the head and it was ruled a suicide because he had spent some time in a asylum. They're not asylums anymore, but the like psychiatric institution type place. Yes, thank you. Yeah, he was at a psychiatric institution for like a month, not that or recent from all the time he was shot and they ruled it a suicide. But there was bulletholes like all over the wall behind him. Okay, that's suspicious, that's weird. Yeah. The remaining members of the Cold started another settlement called La or they called it. It was in Chihuahua as well. But as soon as they had like opened this new compound or whatever, there was fighting in fighting. Yeah. So over the following four years, ur Tudo le Baron, who was supposed to be the next leader of the cole, was killed. The twelve of the former lieutenants were all killed. Two of his wives, jolandar Rios and Laura Shinewez, were also killed. Oh my god, so much fucking death in this shit. I cannot Yeah, yeah, it doesn't stop. Mark and Dwayne Shinnowe, who I believe were the ones who killed Rebecca le Baron, so the seventeen year old. I think it was them. I could be wrong, but they were. They had for sure carried out murders for Irville, these two Swan brothers, so they went into hiding Another member, Eddie Marsden, he was killed while he was picking up a used dryer. Almost within minutes of that, Dwayne Shinniwe was killed at the same time at another location along with his daughter because she was with him and they just fired at the truck without even checking who was there. And then Mark Shinewe was found dead in his appliance store hours later, but he had also been killed around the same time as Eddie and Dwayne. Oh my god, wow, yes, so yeah, those were I think the last deaths that are contributed to the cult. Throughout the late nineteen nineties, the last members of the Cold were arrested and tried, including another son of irvls fuck yes, thank you, yes, hervill Hebrew Liberon. He was arrested. He actually had been the one who ordered the deaths of Eddie, Dwayne, and Mark. And the last member of the cult was arrested in twenty ten. Overall, the cult is tied to twenty five murders. Jesus, oh my god, and that is the Liberian cult. That's crazy. That was a lot. And now the survivors are cartel members. Some of them so funny, some of them are normal. I was the article I pulled up that talked about the women and kids that were killed. It said they were like descendants of this like murderous, violent, you know, colt but a lot of them now some of them are not religious anymore. Some of them are Catholic, like they're they don't practice playing me anymore. That's yeah. Yeah, and daughters of the cult on Netflix, excellent documentary on This with Daughters Again, it's on Hulu. Oh, my fucking gohead. I'm so sorry it's on Hulu. It's on a streaming service somewhere. Definitely on Hulu. Christina is wrong. Sorry, yes, but yeah, that brings us to the end of the episode. Any any spooky recognditions. I don't know. I just been watching Fallout, which is it spooky on Amazon? Yeah? Zombies. Oh, that's kind of kind of it's Ghoules. It's it's really good. It's very gory. I saw Rico from Hannah Montana's and really I didn't know he was acting. Still, he's one of my favorite characters in the series because he's so like like squid words, and I was like, I relate's cool. I like squidward type characters. Yeah, so he's had to say. He looks the same, exactly the same. I didn't realize he was like almost like like thirty, but he's like twenty eight. I thought he was younger. He looks so yu he's like twenty eight. I think he just has the same face. But I put him at thirty something. So, although I'm very bad, I guess in people's ages, I will add because I was like, you don't even have a wrinkle. He's tiny, he's five to one. Oh okay, oh little short king And I say, yeah, it's a person. He didn't yeah, and yeah, but this the series is good. The series is good. It's very gory, which not bad. He doesn't look hell old Christina. I think, yeah, you're just off. He looks like I'm just bad. You know what. Don't even listen to me. I'm stupid. Most puked in that in the episode two because there's like this, I'm a sympathetic puker sometimes, so like you're gonna puke, I'm gonna puck with you, let's pew together. I get it. So that that episode was just like not fun for me. It might fast forward through that it's and it's not even a human puke either, which is worse. Is it a ghoul? No? But I was just I was like really grossed out. I was like, you know, like I saw like limbs being blown off and stuff. But that's that's the part that got me. The puky makes perfect mm hm. Carmen, do you have any spooky recommendations. My spooky recommendation is this is me now by jail I forgot you were gonna recommend this. Yeah, we watched it together. It's spooky in the sense that you might be haunted by it, by the beauty of it. The metaphors so deep, almost like too deep, you know, like too deep. I'm fourteen in this deep. Yeah. Yeah. But I liked it honestly, I mean, like for a one time watch. Yeah, I was entertained a little bit. No, I would rewatch it. You would rewatch it. I don't know that I would rewatch it. Yeah, I would rewatch it. I would. Carmen is a Jailo apologist, but at the same time also a Jlo hater, if that makes any sense. It's a conflicting identity to be. It's like every day I questioned my reality just like Jlo, and this is me now true. Highly highly recommend its, Yeah I do. Oh my god, it sounds about it right. Yeah. I do not have a speaky recommendation other than murders. Go listen the murders and then what else? The other thing I do want to say when this comes out, So the following Tuesday, after this is out, I was on vulgar history. Actually might be Wednesday I remember what day she releases. I also edited anyway, I was on Vulgar History talking about la so it was a lot of fun. So if anyone wants to go check that out, I recommend it. I'm also a little biased. It's a great podcast. I like it too. Yeah, it's fun, it's fun and yeah, okay, that brings us to the end. Carmen, you can go have dinner now. Okay, we've been released of your contractual obligations. Thank you so much.
