During this time I noticed an increase in my sensitivity, the

It was essentially a re remembering of something that

lay dormant in me since my childhood.

I suppose at one point or another I suppressed the ability

to see what wasn't there. However, the knowing there was

About the first month I was so busy with new mommy happenings

and family in and out of my house that I didn't notice much

of anything. Then all of a sudden, I began

seeing her. This little girl who was about

the age of seven if I were to guess.

She had dark hair and had a blue Lacy dress.

It sort of resembled the type of dress that Alice in Wonderland

wore. She had on white stockings,

black baby doll shoes that were shiny and had a blue ribbon in

her hair. She was very well put together.

The very first time I saw her, I was napping with my baby in my

bedroom. I woke up and walked over to my

bedroom door as quietly as possible so I wouldn't wake my

daughter. And right there in the doorway

of the bedroom, the little girl stood.

My overall feeling was total discomfort.

She was just staring at me, and if I were to label the feeling I

got from her, it was negative, mischievous, and perhaps a bit

of jealousy. What really turned me on my head

was I went back to the bed to protect my daughter and I

noticed that I was still asleep on the bed.

Once this occurred to me, I whooshed back into my body.

I opened my eyes and I was back in my body.

This would mark the first time I recall ever having an out of

body experience. When I looked at my bedroom door

I couldn't see her. I went to walk out of my bedroom

to wash my face and make sense of what happened and the moment

I walked through my doorway all the hairs on my body stood on

end. This became the first of many

with this child. For months I struggled with

sleep. Keep in mind I was already sleep

deprived with a newborn who was feeding every two hours.

I ran into her room totally disillusioned and her bedroom

was bone chilling cold. I took her out of the crib and

was holding her and rocking her while trying to maintain calm

composure but I could still feel her.

I sat on the rocking chair in her room to give her a night

time feeding and I began to relax, even began to justify

what had just happened away. It was likely a dream or Fatima.

You're just sleep deprived. Deep breaths in, deep breaths

out. Then I saw this ball of light.

It was like a colour of a dirty blue shade, more like a darkened

electric blue colour. And in my mind's eye the image

of that little girl flashed again.

This could be justified away as imagination or sleep

deprivation. I was in a very desperate state

at this point. I hadn't spoken to anyone about

it out of fear that I would sound crazy, but there was

something happening it wasn't possible to deny.

The next day I called a close friend of mine, began to tell

her about the bizarre experiences I had been having.

These include blue orbs of light splattered across my walls,

feeling of being watched, seeing energy fields of many colors in

a specific wall in my room, and of course this little girl.

She told me she knew of a medium.

She provided me with her number and it didn't skip a beat.

I called her right away and scheduled a day and a time for

us to meet at a local restaurant, that way we could

talk. She asked that I don't disclose

what I've seen in my apartment so she can get a clean read when

she comes over. At which point she came back to

my house with me. Upon entering, she went right

into my room 1st and then into my daughter's room.

Both rooms share a wall. Immediately she sensed the

little girl. She described her exactly as I

saw her. This totally freaked me out but

also validated me, which meant the world to me.

She said that this little girl had been around for a long time

and the birth of my daughter caused her to feel some level of

jealousy. I honestly do not recall ever

seeing her again, but I do know that I always sensed I wasn't

alone. She went further to say that my

daughter was going to be as sensitive as I am, if not more

so, and she feels that our energetic combination acts as a

magnet. She described it as being like a

moth to a flame. They can sense that we can feel

She stated that we would need to learn methods of protection.

leave and after this things are quiet, which was a huge relief.

This is where my journey began. I consumed all I could through

books on how to properly protect and empower myself by claiming

my space, but learned rather quickly that this is best to do

with respect. Fast forward, we lived in

several places. We are renters, so we moved to

at least four locations. Since this apartment.

Each place has its own experiences tied to it.

Each time I become a little bit better at protecting and

claiming my space, but often times at night I find to be the

most difficult time. 11 years ago I had my second daughter and

this amplified a whole new set of experiences.

And when she began talking, she too would express some of her

experiences with me, often times validating what I knew to be

happening. More specifically this woman.

She's probably in her mid to late 20s.

She wears A ratty old white nightgown and has black hair.

Long black hair even more petrifying.

It covers her face. She reminds me of the girl from

the ring and she is not a good spirit.

I'm not entirely sure I can call her human, but feel she

manifests to me in this way because it is one of the most

terrifying ways to come to me in the middle of the night.

This is where things become complex because there are so

many situations that connect to her and quite frankly, I am

absolutely freaked out simply typing about her.

She has showed herself to me across many locations I've lived

in, in dreams, during sleep paralysis, and in the middle of

the night. Sometimes she appears to be

simply standing there and other times she's crouched down on the

floor as a dark black figure, but I know it is her.

Another time she was on my chest sucking out my energy.

And let me try to elaborate. 2 houses ago I saw her in a dream.

I was on what felt like another plane.

I was in a different location that didn't look like my house.

It was a house I'd never been in.

Once I realized that she was in there with me, I came to feel

like I was in her domain. It felt very uncomfortable.

I tried to scream but couldn't and I try to run but I felt like

I was waiting in mud. After many out of body

experiences I came to realize this is what it feels like.

and was able to break out of it before she could climb on again.

Woke up to my youngest daughter who was four while I was in the

moment that the hairs on my back of my neck stood up.

I asked what was the matter and she said she saw a woman

matching the description walk across her line of vision behind

me. And now my current home.

First of all, most of what we sense is on the upper floor of

our twin house and outside in the property line.

In this house we have our first dog.

recent visit, last week. I have woken up twice between

She will not enter my room, but just stands there again.

I am the only person that sees her.

The first time I saw her, she looked as I remembered her.

long enough and it was long enough that she finally was able

to crawl up from the foot of the bed in a spider like walking

style and came up on my chest and began inhaling.

I read once that this woman is a phenomenon that many people have

seen all around the world. They call her the sleep

paralysis hag. I'm guessing that this is where

this is what she wanted for me all along.

Anyway, my youngest daughter, now 11, began screaming from her

room. This is ultimately what broke me

out of my sleep paralysis. I ran in there and she told me

while huffing and puffing and sweating that she just had a

dream that a terrible woman was on top of me trying to steal my

breath. Ish.

That gives me chills just reliving that.

Moving on a bit forward, I was with my brother and we were

heading to a haunted Halloween attraction.

In the spirit of Halloween, we started talking about the

paranormal. We don't often have discussions

about this, but for whatever reason, I began telling him

about the hag. This is where he told me that he

has seen her too at my mom's house.

He said that a couple of years ago he was at home alone and was

doing something on his iPad. He said that he saw a woman with

the same description charged towards him from his peripheral

vision. When he looked to his left,

nothing was there. He disregarded it and went back

to what he was doing, and then it happened again.

This is so stinky and freaky. Yeah, it is.

We're telling it again. Like this is so cathartic, but

also so very unsettling. Some other things.

My 11 year old is always seeing something in this house.

One day my daughter was homesick from school.

She had a slight fever and you were in my bed snuggled up and

watching a movie. And for reference, my office is

right across the hall from my bedroom and the bathroom is to

the left. My daughter got up to use the

bathroom and right when she got to the bedroom door frame she

yelped. I asked what was wrong.

She said that she saw a woman standing in my office with dark

hair and glowing yellow eyes. When I'm back into my office I

had full blown goosebumps and the temperature was colder.

I out loud stated you are not welcome to come here and

frighten my daughter or anyone else.

room break up. Unfortunately my dog will not

come all the way upstairs on her own anymore.

My daughter also speaks about seeing a shadow figure at night.

Often her light in her room and in the bathroom flickers on on

its own. They share a wall.

The one in the room sometimes turns off and on on its own.

She's also seen a cloaked figure outside in the yard.

negative or evil spirits because they feed off of it.

Now. I have been having dreams and

premonitions and sensing things as I was little, but I had never

encountered a spirit or entity directly like my other relatives

Now when I was 21 or 22 years old, I was living in a townhouse

townhouse, the first thing you saw straightforward were the

The house was old so we could always hear when someone came in

the front door and walking on the stairs.

Most days when I got home from work I would stay up in my room

and watch TV if no one else was home.

Sometimes I would hear one of my roommates come home, go into the

room, and then leave again shortly after.

I had not experienced anything paranormal in this house before

terribly destructive to me falling asleep.

One night while I was in bed trying to fall asleep on my

side, I suddenly heard the front door of the house open and

close. I heard footsteps come up the

stairs and my door handle rattle.

I figured one of my room mates had come home drunk and probably

thought my room was theirs because my door was locked.

I didn't think anything of it and ignored it.

Then I heard footsteps going back downstairs and out the

front door. About 10 minutes later I could

feel a presence in my room. I felt like someone had placed

her hands on my bed and we're leaning in to see if I was

asleep or not. I felt that shift and pressure

on my bed again one more time when it occurred to me it

couldn't have been a roommate. My room was locked.

And my back was facing the wall in the window.

There was no way this could be happening right now.

And with that thought, I quickly opened my eyes and noticed that

my room was starting to get very dark.

It was as if someone was placing a curtain over the window

because the light was disappearing and it became

darker and darker in the room. I was scared when I realized

that I was not alone in my room and the energy in the air had

shifted. It wasn't my roommate, it was

something else with a dark presence.

I was too scared to turn my back and look, but from the corner of

my eye I could see something at the foot of my bed.

I really fought with myself on whether to turn and look or not,

and I remember what I was taught about showing fear.

So I thought to myself, you can't let us see that you're

scared. Show No Fear and face what is

there. So I slowly turned onto my back

and look to the foot of my bed where there stood a large dark

figure with glowing red eyes. It appeared almost smoky, not a

solid figure. I knew I had to keep looking and

show No Fear. And suddenly it rushed over to

the bed at me and it was above me, at my face.

And then it let out a deep low growl.

I never broke eye contact and just stared at it and then it

was as if it was evaporating and slowly disappeared from above

me. All the light from outside

slowly started coming back into the room and the entity was

fully gone now. I stood in my bed and

immediately called my mom. I was surprised that she

answered because it was so late at night.

I told her what happened and she told me to hang up and pray and

sing church hymns. I needed to bring a positive
00:22:25
energy back into my space and ask for God's protection and as

I prayed and sang to myself, I could feel an energy trying to

fight me, like something didn't want me to feel comfortable or
00:22:35
safe. I kept praying and singing until

it felt normal again and I went to sleep and never spoke about

it again with my mom. A few days later, my roommates

and I all happened to be at home at the same time and I asked

them if they had been home a few nights ago and if anyone had

come in upstairs and tried getting into my room.

They all looked so confused and told me that nobody was home

that night. They had either been working the

night shift or staying out with friends that night.

face of evil. We are the light in the world

and they don't get to take that from us.

I am from North Carolina and I am a pet sitter in my local

area. I was contacted on my Facebook

page by a new client who was looking for overnight services

for her two year old golden retriever.

We set up a meet and greet at her home so the dog could get

familiar with me and I could get familiar with the house.

She lives in Apex, NC which has a beautiful but older homes and

the location. Her home specifically was built

in 1859. When I arrived and was welcomed

into the home, you could immediately feel eyes on you,

almost as if I walked into a room with 100 people in it but

you could not see them. I think the owner sense that I

felt that because when I glanced over at her she had an almost

worried expression on her face. We went into the living room to

discuss sleeping arrangements, food for the dog, etcetera, and
00:28:01
at the end of our conversation she she stated that she wanted
00:28:05
to let me in on something that she usually did not tell people.

She told me that her house always felt alive and that at
00:28:13
night there seems to be an overwhelming lingering presence
00:28:18
that disrupts the normality of everything around her.

What she was definitely trying to read my face and get a feel
00:28:31
of what I might say or how it would react.

And at the time I wasn't really into ghost or believed much of
00:28:37
the paranormal because I felt like you had to subject yourself

to those kinds of things. So I didn't really listen to her
00:28:44
when she told me that I may experience something while

staying with her dog. It was not evil or aggressive,
00:28:51
but curious and intrigued as to, oh, probably I was not right.

invite a friend over to stay to keep me company because it does

After I got off work at 5:00, I drove to the house to start my

duties of feeding and letting out.

allowed to have company over. All of her lights in the house

were very dim, which gave off a low kind of vibe, so it was very

comfortable. I let the dog outside one more

time while he went into the kitchen.

When I came back inside, I could see that Zeke was standing in

the kitchen still as a statue. The black deck doors allowed me

to see about halfway in there and I was calling his name

trying to figure out what he was doing because he was not

reacting to my footsteps or any noise I made upon entering the
00:30:05
house. Again, all he said was to walk

slowly to him and look at where he was pointing.

We only had one light on in the kitchen which was the oven

light, so it was hard for me to see anything that he was trying

to point out. I almost got shoulder to

shoulder with him when I see a figure standing in the closet

area that was connected to the kitchen.

At first, I wasn't sure if what I was seeing was legit because

it was almost hazy and very faint.

The more I kept staring, the more I could clearly see and

make out what I was looking at. It was an apparition.

Needless to say, I was scared out of my mind.

I could not believe that the owner was telling the truth,

that I would indeed see something while staying there.

Luckily, my camera, which I used to take pictures of the dogs to

upload on my page, was on the kitchen counter beside Zeke.

I reached over to grab it and was able to get a picture of it.

Definitely looks like a woman. I think I see long hair and a

white gown or something of the sort but it's there.
