When We Talk About Demons

When We Talk About Demons

In our early days of True Scary Story, I took a call from Aimy. She told me that she had experiences with demons and other entities. What followed were strange events that might be too much to be considered a coincidence.

00:00:00
In the very beginning of a show called True Scary Story, I took

00:00:04
a submission from a woman named Amy.

00:00:07
Now, Amy claimed to be visited by demons.

00:00:12
We took the story, recorded it, and then I experienced my own

00:00:16
thing that I believe was directly tied to this story and

00:00:22
it's recording so. We're going to take it like

00:00:24
that. Hopefully nothing happens now.

00:00:26
I did have my camera turn off before I got started, but I

00:00:29
think that was just, you know, a coincidence.

00:00:32
So we're going to take it from here.

00:00:34
You ready? My name is Edwin and this is

00:00:37
Paranormal Club. Let's go by the way by the way,

00:00:44
it is my birthday today and I'm here recording for you guys.

00:00:47
So hopefully, hopefully you guys can tap follow for me, drop a

00:00:51
comment so we can show some interaction here going on and

00:00:54
hopefully we get to show up. To more people so.

00:00:57
Here we go. OK, this is this is intense.

00:00:59
I'm going to be reading from Amy's first submissions, the

00:01:02
very, very first submissions. And if you want to listen to her

00:01:05
like to actually share the story with us and the recording that

00:01:09
we ended up with, it's over on True Scary Story.

00:01:11
The story is called 3 Faceless Demons.

00:01:14
But here's the initial thing. Some of the things that have

00:01:16
never been shown. So here we go.

00:01:21
This is how her story came in right?

00:01:23
It says. I'm not sure when exactly it

00:01:25
started but I was still in the Philippines then.

00:01:28
I'll just guesstimate it. Around the year 2000 I remember

00:01:31
hearing about Ouija boards and contact with the other side at

00:01:34
school. But didn't have enough money to

00:01:36
buy a board I. Decided to make my own using a

00:01:39
piece of paper. I decided to make contact with

00:01:42
spirits in the first floor of our house, which was pretty dark

00:01:46
even during the daytime. My mom was out grocery shopping

00:01:49
then and my brother was asleep. I believe it was on a weekend

00:01:53
around noon and I remember being confident nothing was going to

00:01:56
happen since it was still daytime outside.

00:02:01
I placed my makeshift Ouija board on the floor and only had

00:02:04
a single flashlight above it. I put a coin in the middle and

00:02:08
started asking if anyone was there.

00:02:12
Nothing happened for a while as I had expected until I asked if

00:02:15
its presence can be known by moving the coin.

00:02:20
Mind you, I was alone doing this, so when the coin moved to

00:02:24
yes, I was a bit taken aback by this response.

00:02:29
I then asked if this entity was good or bad and right before my

00:02:33
eyes, my makeshift Ouija board started to burn.

00:02:38
Fortunately, it was on the floor and nothing around me can be

00:02:40
burned easily. I then felt a cold drop in

00:02:43
temperature, which was unusual since the only windows that was

00:02:46
in the room was shut tightly. I immediately ran back upstairs

00:02:50
just as my brother was waking up.

00:02:52
I didn't tell anyone about my experiences.

00:02:56
When I moved to Guam. I didn't feel anything different

00:02:59
until about I started middle school in 2003.

00:03:04
I started noticing that I would wake up randomly in the middle

00:03:06
of the night and not be able to move, though at first I couldn't

00:03:10
see anything. But the more consistent this

00:03:13
occurrence became, the more I started to see a figure hovering

00:03:17
over me while laying in the dark paralyzed.

00:03:21
I started feeling drained and started seeing my breath being

00:03:23
sucked by this entity. I thought that one demon

00:03:27
couldn't really hurt me even if it drained me little by little

00:03:30
every night, so I just left it alone.

00:03:32
Then one night. While I was.

00:03:35
Paralyzed, I discovered in total fear that there were three of

00:03:39
them taking turns sucking the life out of me.

00:03:43
I started to pray and it took a while before they all went away.

00:03:47
I regained my movement but felt even more drained than how I've

00:03:51
been feeling since this whole experience started.

00:03:55
This routine lasted until I graduated high school in 2010.

00:03:58
Up to this day and still experience them, but not as

00:04:00
often as before anymore. They only come about once a

00:04:04
month now. So imagine I get the story and I

00:04:12
read about A A. Piece of paper burning in front

00:04:15
of someone's eyes. Like out of nowhere.

00:04:17
This might be kind of easily dismissed by anybody, right?

00:04:21
How does a piece of paper catch on fire in front of you without

00:04:25
you like lighting it? How Right.

00:04:29
Well, This is why we're we listen to stories, right?

00:04:31
We have to keep an open mind here.

00:04:33
And some of the stories that I've received and some of the

00:04:35
stories that my grandparents, aunts, uncles have told me talk

00:04:40
about the impossible like this. As in people that have no reason

00:04:44
to lie about it. And they just tell you, yeah, we

00:04:47
all saw it and it happened, right.

00:04:49
So there's this like, whoa, really, right.

00:04:51
So we grew up with that. So hearing some listening to

00:04:53
something like this was not like that's impossible.

00:04:56
Oh my God, even though it it might sound impossible, right?

00:04:59
But we kept it going, right? Amy then shared a separate story

00:05:04
along with this one in the same the same thread.

00:05:08
This one she called. The lady in white, it says.

00:05:11
Back when I was in fifth grade, 12 years old, I used to go to

00:05:14
the school in the Philippines. But there was a rumor that the

00:05:17
school was built on top of a cemetery and they never

00:05:20
relocated the bodies. There was this house below the

00:05:23
small hill that her school was built on.

00:05:25
Supposedly it was a caretaker's house who watched the graveyard

00:05:29
before he had passed away due to old age.

00:05:32
And his wife committed suicide because she couldn't have kids.

00:05:38
I was moving to Guam soon, so my friends and I decided to explore

00:05:41
the house before I left. He climbed down the the small

00:05:45
hill towards the old house. The house wasn't really that

00:05:48
big, it looked more like a small cottage made with wooden planks

00:05:52
and coated with white paint. The roof was made of tin and it

00:05:56
just laid on top of the structure.

00:05:58
And when we got to the door, my friends all try to open the door

00:06:02
with no luck. That was the last one to try.

00:06:06
I grabbed the door and nearly got dragged inside the house as

00:06:10
it opened quickly. I turned to my friends only to

00:06:13
see them running up the hill screaming.

00:06:16
I let go of the door and ran after them.

00:06:18
I asked them why they just left me when I was able to open the

00:06:20
door for us and they told me that they saw a lady with long

00:06:24
ginger colored hair and a long white evening gown beckoning me

00:06:30
to come inside the house. Now I never saw her then, but

00:06:35
when I left the Philippines to go to Guam, I finally saw her.

00:06:40
It was before my birthday. She looked exactly how my

00:06:43
friends described her, but her throat was slit and her neck was

00:06:47
overflowing with blood. Then she turned into a black

00:06:52
cat. Since then, every week before my

00:06:54
birthday, she always shows up. I wasn't sure what she wanted

00:06:58
until I was 16. She told me that all she wanted

00:07:01
was to have a daughter of her own to raise and she wanted me

00:07:05
to fill that role. I didn't reply to her request.

00:07:09
When I had my daughter two years ago, I knew something was

00:07:11
occupying her because my daughter wouldn't be paying

00:07:15
attention to me when I'm talking to her.

00:07:17
She would be looking behind me and ever since I had her, that

00:07:22
Lady never shows up to me anymore.

00:07:27
But I think she's trying to mother my daughter.

00:07:29
I have yet to find out since my daughter doesn't really talk in

00:07:33
full sentences yet. So this story gets even more

00:07:39
intense. Right now we have a lady that

00:07:43
basically followed her to another country and wants to

00:07:49
mother her daughter. Like the daughter, like Amy's

00:07:52
daughter. Bizarre, right to think about.

00:07:55
Like at this point, by the way, I'm reading all these and I'm

00:07:58
like, whoa, like. Is this real?

00:08:01
Like really did this actually? Happen it might have right like

00:08:08
you, you don't know, like I try to keep an open mind with all

00:08:11
this stuff. And by the way, I, I, I

00:08:12
mentioned this before too, but with true scary story, that

00:08:16
podcast is about people sharing their experiences, right?

00:08:18
It's not like for us to prove if it's true or not necessarily.

00:08:22
It's just this is what happened to this person, how this person,

00:08:26
what this person believes happened to them.

00:08:28
That's all we care about. We just got the story and we let

00:08:31
it out. They shared the story.

00:08:33
You're up for it. Listen if you're not.

00:08:35
Then, you know, don't listen to the story because it's, it's the

00:08:37
people's perception, right? So This is why we wanted to

00:08:40
share this kind of thing. Plus there's always that stigma,

00:08:44
you know, to sharing scary stories that I'm trying to like,

00:08:47
destroy. So we could just share whatever,

00:08:50
right? But but This is why, like I, I

00:08:52
always ask, is it a true experience?

00:08:54
Because this this happened to you.

00:08:56
And she said yeah, when I talked to, when I finally got to talk

00:08:58
to Amy. But she did share one more.

00:09:00
It might have been a couple a couple more with this plus a

00:09:03
near death experience that she had to share the story of a

00:09:06
shapeshifter. This happened around my 14th

00:09:09
birthday at my house. It was the year 20 and it was

00:09:12
the year 2004 and my family threw me a party with the

00:09:15
closest relatives. I was playing with my cousins

00:09:18
and at the time our house was on the 2nd floor with two patios.

00:09:22
The front balcony was where my party was being held and the

00:09:25
back patio was connected to my auntie's room.

00:09:28
There's a stairway leading down to the first floor and we

00:09:31
couldn't go down there because the gate was always locked and

00:09:33
it was a dangerous and it was dangerous since there was no

00:09:36
railing lining in that patio. I remember my cousins and I were

00:09:40
playing tag and three of us ran to the back patio, which was

00:09:43
fairly dark. The only light that lit up the

00:09:46
place partially was the neighbor's light, but since it

00:09:49
was on the 1st floor, it wasn't sufficient enough to light up

00:09:53
the whole patio. My cousins and I then crouched

00:09:57
down near the gate to the back stairway to try to hide from my

00:10:00
other cousins. I then saw a Black Hat on top of

00:10:04
the stairway on the other side of the gate that was behind me.

00:10:08
It started to open its mouth, but instead of a normal meow,

00:10:12
what came out of it was a low, ominous growl.

00:10:17
It sounded like a dog's growl when it's about ready to attack.

00:10:22
I jumped out from our hiding spot and started telling my

00:10:25
cousins that there was something wrong with our hiding place.

00:10:28
With the look on my cousin's faces, they showed the same

00:10:31
horror expression as I was showing.

00:10:34
Maybe they heard what I heard, but they didn't see what I saw.

00:10:39
We ran back to the patio, but before we reached it, I looked

00:10:43
back to see the cat change into a man with a fedora.

00:10:47
I passed through the locked gate and I started and it started

00:10:50
floating toward us. I was rushing my cousins to run

00:10:53
faster because the entity was chasing us.

00:10:57
When we finally got to the front patio, I took another look

00:11:00
behind us to check if the man was still following us, but we

00:11:04
had completely vanished. That was the first and last time

00:11:09
I ever saw that man. So this point I'm thinking Amy

00:11:15
has an ability to see things that a lot of us cannot and

00:11:19
experience things that a lot of us can't.

00:11:22
Then she shares a near death experience.

00:11:26
Now this happened after my cousin's funeral in 2005.

00:11:29
In Tagalog we call this bangoon goat.

00:11:32
I was taking a nap around noon after we had just finished

00:11:35
eating. I had a dream about the school

00:11:38
my brother and I were attending at the time.

00:11:40
In my dream, our school was hosting some kind of history

00:11:43
convention with many Chamorro artifacts.

00:11:47
As my brother and I walked around checking it out, three

00:11:50
high school guys started pushing and bullying my brother.

00:11:53
As. His big sister and only sister.

00:11:55
I defended him and told the three bullies to get lost.

00:11:58
As I turned my back to them. My brother screamed at me to

00:12:03
watch out, but before I could react, I felt the sharp pain on

00:12:06
my back and everything started to fade to black.

00:12:11
The last thing I saw before everything turned into total

00:12:13
darkness were the three bullies surrounding me with a large

00:12:16
machete in their hands. I always say my chat, this

00:12:19
should be my machete, right? Machete.

00:12:23
When I regained my consciousness, I was floating.

00:12:26
I was watching as my mom and my brother cried hysterically in

00:12:29
pain and watched as paramedics carried 5 black bags into their

00:12:33
ambulance. I overheard the paramedics

00:12:35
telling my mom that there was nothing else it could do for me

00:12:38
because I was already butchered in so many pieces by the three

00:12:41
high school bullies that I protected my brother from.

00:12:45
I started drifting away from the scene, away from my crying

00:12:48
mother and brother, from the whales of the ambulance and the

00:12:51
murmured gossips of bystanders. Bystanders.

00:12:56
I started yelling for my mom and telling her that I was still

00:12:59
there. And just then I heard my

00:13:00
recently deceased cousin's voice calling out to me.

00:13:04
I turned away from the scene and came face to face with the

00:13:07
bright light, almost as bright as a sun.

00:13:11
Then I heard her voice again coming from the light.

00:13:13
I started to feel warm and inviting and then I saw my

00:13:17
cousin. She was reaching out, her hand

00:13:19
becoming beckoning me to take it.

00:13:23
As I reached out to grab it, I woke up.

00:13:26
I was drenched in sweat and my heart was pounding so fast I

00:13:29
thought I was having a heart attack.

00:13:31
My brother took notice of my ripped awakening and told me to

00:13:34
shut up. I looked at him puzzled and

00:13:36
asked him what his problem was, and he told me that I was

00:13:39
wailing and screaming and sleep and he couldn't wake me up to

00:13:43
shut me up. I told him about my dream and

00:13:47
that I was almost dying in this in sleep.

00:13:49
If I had succeeded in taking my cousin's hand in my dream, I

00:13:54
wouldn't have woken up at all. I guess it was her way of saying

00:13:58
it wasn't my time yet, but not to be scared when it does

00:14:01
finally come because she'll be there to welcome me.

00:14:09
And it gets eerier, right? But this, this part.

00:14:13
She calls 5 entities in the living room now.

00:14:16
This happened in 2007. It was around 8:30 PM and I was

00:14:20
on the phone with one of my friends talking about our later

00:14:23
boy crushes. I started feeling goosebumps on

00:14:28
both my forearms. I had a strong sensation that I

00:14:31
wasn't alone in the living room anymore.

00:14:33
At the time, we had a sofa across from the window of our

00:14:36
house and I was on the recliner. I looked over the sofa, phone

00:14:40
still in hand, and screamed. My friend was asking me what

00:14:44
happened and I told her that there were five entities around

00:14:47
my sofa. One was dressed in a wedding

00:14:50
gown with her veil down. She proceeded to lift the veil

00:14:53
from her face, only to reveal a bloody mess of flesh where her

00:14:57
face should have been, and there was a small child with black

00:15:01
sockets where his eyes should have been peeping from behind

00:15:04
the lower left corner of the couch.

00:15:07
He opened his mouth and hissed at me like a cat, and there was

00:15:11
a man with his back to me staring out the window.

00:15:14
Now I never did see his face, an old haggard woman sitting to the

00:15:17
left of the couch, humming a tune so softly I could barely

00:15:21
hear it if I wasn't so focused on them.

00:15:24
The last entity was a black mass forming itself into a human

00:15:28
shape, but it looked like it was having a hard time doing it.

00:15:33
I told my friend that I would call her back and hung up the

00:15:35
phone from the living room, and then I used my mom's phone to

00:15:39
call her back because I didn't want to go back out to the

00:15:41
living room. After that experience, at around

00:15:45
9:30 PMI gathered up the courage to go back outside to check if

00:15:49
they were still there, but they were all gone.

00:15:52
OK, so these are getting more and more intense, and as I'm

00:15:55
reading all of these, I'm thinking, all right, let's just

00:15:58
book a call. Let's see how this goes, right?

00:16:01
At this point I'm like, seriously considering what do I?

00:16:05
Do when I get stories like these, should we record them?

00:16:07
What do we do? Right?

00:16:10
At the time I was just getting started with everything right?

00:16:12
But there was more more sections to this.

00:16:14
So like again, this is like behind the scenes kind of thing.

00:16:17
So I'm going to go through through what what I saw and what

00:16:21
would actually happened here. This one she called my astral

00:16:26
projection horror. I was practicing this way before

00:16:29
the movie Insidious came out. Around 2008, the process of

00:16:35
leaving your body consciously is called astral projection and I

00:16:38
practiced it a lot before being able to do this consciously.

00:16:42
My first experience with this was unexpected and I didn't know

00:16:45
I was projecting. I was trying to sleep because it

00:16:48
was a school night and I need to get up early.

00:16:50
The next morning. I couldn't seem to fall asleep,

00:16:53
so I went to the kitchen to grab me a glass of water.

00:16:56
My mom was still cleaning up the dishes and I asked her if she

00:16:59
could hand me a glass. She ignored me so I said it

00:17:03
again a little bit louder but she didn't even look at me.

00:17:07
I got really mad because she was ignoring me so I stormed back to

00:17:10
my room only to stand frozen in front of my doorway.

00:17:14
I saw myself laying in bed with my eyes closed.

00:17:19
I was so confused because I couldn't figure it out how this

00:17:22
happened. I then researched about it

00:17:25
during my lunch break in her school library and I found out

00:17:28
it was something called Astral protection.

00:17:31
I started practicing the process of leaving my body every night

00:17:35
in order to get better at it. My first two attempts were

00:17:38
successful so I started to venture out further away from my

00:17:41
physical body more. During about my 4th projection,

00:17:46
I started noticing a tall Husky shadow following me as I

00:17:50
traveled around the house. Then on the 5th projection, a

00:17:55
middle-aged man with a top hat and tuck started following me

00:17:58
too. After my 6th projection, I had

00:18:02
to completely stop. During this travel, I ventured

00:18:05
out to our front patio and I was looking toward the night sky

00:18:08
when I felt that something was wrong.

00:18:10
I didn't know what it was, but I had the urge to get back to my

00:18:13
physical body as soon as possible.

00:18:16
Now. When I got back to my room, I

00:18:18
saw the middle-aged man inches away from my body.

00:18:23
I screamed for him to get away from me and ran back to it.

00:18:26
It took me a while to get back into it, which was terrifying

00:18:29
since my last few attempts were easy to get my body back.

00:18:32
And after that experience I stopped practicing projecting

00:18:35
and haven't experienced it since.

00:18:38
I didn't want to think what would have happened if it didn't

00:18:40
make it on time or didn't follow my instincts when I did.

00:18:44
Maybe I wouldn't be here telling you about this experience I had

00:18:47
to go through. And this next part.

00:18:51
She calls my brothers doppelgangers.

00:18:55
Now this is going to be a short story and this happened around

00:18:57
2009. My brother and I shared a room.

00:18:59
We had a bunk bed and a sofa that can turn into a bed.

00:19:02
I didn't like sleeping on the top bunk which was supposed to

00:19:05
be my bed. Instead I slept on the bottom

00:19:07
bunk and my brother slept on the sofa bed.

00:19:10
I couldn't sleep and all the lights were already.

00:19:13
All the lights were already off inside the house.

00:19:15
The only light that shined in was from the street light

00:19:18
outside. I noticed that my brother was

00:19:21
standing by the doorway looking into our room.

00:19:24
Now I say this is my brother because of his silhouette.

00:19:28
I asked him why he isn't sleeping yet but got no response

00:19:31
from him. And then I looked toward the

00:19:33
sofa bed and I saw my brother sleeping there and I looked back

00:19:37
to the door to see this creature walking towards my bed.

00:19:41
I covered myself with my blanket and waited for about 5 minutes.

00:19:45
Then I gathered up all the strength to take a peek from

00:19:47
under my covers only to find his face inching closer to mine and

00:19:52
I slowly covered my face again. After about another 5 minutes I

00:19:57
decided to take another peek and I saw that he was gone.

00:20:03
The next day when my brother woke up I asked him if he got

00:20:06
out of bed anytime last night and he said that he didn't.

00:20:11
I never experienced that again and the final story that she

00:20:16
shared was called the Midnight Ritual March and says this

00:20:20
happened around 2016 when I was still living with my

00:20:22
ex-boyfriend. He lived in a ranch surrounded

00:20:25
by woods and trees. A lot of.

00:20:27
Superstitions around the island of Guam derives from ancient

00:20:30
ancestors and histories. I wasn't sure about the history

00:20:34
of the land where my ex's family land family's land was, but this

00:20:38
is where I saw them. It was around 2:00 AM and I

00:20:42
stormed out of his house. We were fighting about something

00:20:45
and I decided to walk out on him and as I was reaching the

00:20:49
entrance of the long pavement of the entrance to his ranch, I

00:20:53
heard the distinct sound of chanting and then I saw light

00:20:58
moving in a line. At first I thought that it was

00:21:02
just people walking down the street for a very late stroll

00:21:05
around the neighborhood. The chanting became more louder

00:21:09
than when I first heard it. My ex rushed toward me and told

00:21:13
me to go back to his house this instant.

00:21:15
Right before I turn to go, I heard them chanting my name and

00:21:20
telling me to come with them. My ex dragged me back inside the

00:21:25
house and locked the doors. He told me not to go back

00:21:28
outside even if I heard a familiar voice calling out to

00:21:31
me. I didn't argue anymore since

00:21:34
I've already experienced enough paranormal activities to

00:21:36
question anything that happened. And right there, she makes a

00:21:42
good point. She's experienced so many things

00:21:44
already and when this happens. You kind of just don't question

00:21:48
it. You just protect yourself or go

00:21:50
go back. So it, it was, it was a bizarre

00:21:54
thing to, to 1st off, right? It's, it's her experience,

00:21:59
right? But then me reading this and

00:22:02
going through it like, what do we do 'cause this could take the

00:22:05
podcast into a whole different thing, right?

00:22:07
Like we might start getting people that share really like

00:22:10
extraordinary, hard to believe kind of stories.

00:22:13
And I wanted to to keep it into like a true like this sounds

00:22:16
real. This could be real and not make

00:22:18
it sound like too out there. Otherwise, you know, we where

00:22:23
where's it going to end? Right.

00:22:25
The thing is, the commitment to that show was that we were going

00:22:29
to share people's true experiences, like how they

00:22:33
experienced it and not. It wasn't up to me to determine

00:22:37
if it was true or not, and it shouldn't be up to anybody to

00:22:39
determine if it was true or not. We already have with the

00:22:41
paranormal. We have this thing already where

00:22:43
we have to prove that it's real. And it's something.

00:22:46
That I don't agree with. Like, why do we have to prove

00:22:48
that it is? Why can't you prove that it

00:22:49
isn't by or how do you prove that it isn't right?

00:22:53
Because you're just using techniques that, yeah, you might

00:22:56
except through, you know, typical experiments that we know

00:22:59
here. And now I feel like there's a

00:23:01
lot more to proving something true, right?

00:23:04
Like how do, because we might have footage, video footage, we

00:23:07
might have stories of first person accounts.

00:23:10
And we'll still ask for more proof.

00:23:11
Like we'll want a harder proof. Like we want like something

00:23:15
that's undeniable. You know, it's just the scrutiny

00:23:18
that it goes through. So we eventually hopped on a

00:23:22
call with Amy and. The story was just as bizarre

00:23:30
as. Oh no, hold on.

00:23:34
Now at this point in the recording, I don't actually like

00:23:37
verbalize this, but in front of me my notes go completely blank.

00:23:41
Let me see if I can. So I really like stumbled to try

00:23:49
to get everything like get my notes from the computer before

00:23:53
it syncs and it disappears from there too because they use the

00:23:56
Apple notes thing. See like right now we're getting

00:24:00
another another weird thing that that just happened.

00:24:03
I don't know if this is. I don't know.

00:24:07
What's I don't know what's up with this.

00:24:11
I need to get this down before we before we do anything else

00:24:15
and thankfully I was able to copy that before I completely

00:24:18
went blank. That was weird.

00:24:24
I copied pasted into a new word doc and I was able to carry on

00:24:27
that way let. Me see if I can shake shake this

00:24:32
to bring it back. Again, at this point I'm a

00:24:36
little unsure it's a coincidence.

00:24:38
It's crazy, dude. OK, it's back.

00:24:40
But I'm still treating it that way.

00:24:42
That was weird. OK, OK.

00:24:44
Before we start talking about this right, Because this is the

00:24:46
part where where things started to get weird.

00:24:48
And this I can't believe that just happened right now.

00:24:53
I hope I just tapped like the new note thing because it just

00:24:56
it all the things were like I was kind of I looked up how to

00:24:59
undo a note mass deletion here. We're just that reminded me.

00:25:05
Let's do the let's let's find the the protection thing.

00:25:09
So that way we get to please if you have your own again, this is

00:25:14
just to make us feel a little bit better too.

00:25:15
It might work. It might you might have a

00:25:18
different thought if this works or not.

00:25:20
But there's this one. This one was composed by Pope

00:25:25
Leo the 8th. It says Saint Michael the

00:25:28
Archangel, defend us in battle and be our protection against

00:25:31
the wickedness and snares. Of the devil May God rebuke him,

00:25:35
and we humbly pray to pay and do thou.

00:25:39
St. Michael, Prince of the Heavenly

00:25:40
host, by the power of God, cast into hell, Satan and all the

00:25:44
evil spirits that wander throughout the world seeking the

00:25:47
ruin of. Souls.

00:25:48
Amen. OK and here is we might need

00:25:53
something like this but. OK, because this this does make

00:26:01
me a little bit nervous. You could probably.

00:26:02
Tell it makes me a little bit nervous.

00:26:04
Because what happened after this story and actually during the

00:26:07
story, something that I've shared a few times, but still

00:26:11
it's it's still gives me the chills because it's to me, it

00:26:13
seems like. I don't want to say proof, but

00:26:17
like it, it seemed to connect and if it happened like this, it

00:26:22
it's a very, very, very strong coincidence that that this

00:26:26
happened so. Yeah, I'm even starting to feel

00:26:31
a little nauseous just thinking about it.

00:26:32
Might have been the cake that I ate a little earlier.

00:26:35
I don't know, Here we go. OK, so I just have some bullet

00:26:39
points here of some of the stuff that happens, but I'm just going

00:26:41
to tell you so I don't forget I wrote down some some bullet

00:26:43
points, but here's what happened immediately after, right so.

00:26:48
Whoa. OK, this is all recorded.

00:26:53
This is all happened. This is all true that this

00:26:55
happened with a call and at the time we used to do our calls

00:26:58
with video that we used to do a webcam kind of thing.

00:27:02
It was odd because we kept having issues with

00:27:04
disconnection, like we kept getting disconnected.

00:27:06
Not unusual, right? To get disconnected during a

00:27:09
call. You've probably done it, you

00:27:10
know, with Zoom or Google Meets or whatever.

00:27:13
It happens. Calls get dropped, however,

00:27:17
halfway, maybe not halfway. At some point during our call,

00:27:21
whenever she mentioned the word demons or demon, a light would

00:27:25
flicker like behind me, like on my feet, like when when I'm I

00:27:31
would look. I always say you have yourself,

00:27:32
you're looking at yourself in the camera.

00:27:34
You see mainly the other person, right?

00:27:36
But I could tell that a lamp behind me was flickering.

00:27:39
It was just turning on and off, on and off.

00:27:43
You might see these lights kind of do that, but it's more like a

00:27:45
fiery kind of effect, not necessarily a flicker, but this

00:27:50
lamp was flickering behind me whenever she mentioned that.

00:27:52
And she noticed it and I noticed it and I was like, you know,

00:27:54
whenever you mention the word demon, the light flickers.

00:27:57
This lamp is is turns off and on.

00:27:59
She's like, yeah, like I noticed that.

00:28:02
Like we were just kind of like, whoa, at one point we we kind of

00:28:06
said like you like, OK, try saying it.

00:28:08
And then she said, and then it did it.

00:28:10
And I got chills. And I'm getting like chills now

00:28:12
thinking about it because it was really like, we actually asked

00:28:17
for a response, something that we didn't even think about, I

00:28:20
didn't even consider was possible during a call.

00:28:23
I thought it was. It was just, it was a weird

00:28:27
thing because I didn't know that I was doing it right.

00:28:29
And at the time, it was too late.

00:28:31
You interacted with it. We kind of let that go at one

00:28:33
point. Her battery drains completely

00:28:36
over phone. I kind of hang out waiting for

00:28:38
her to reconnect. And then she hops back on and

00:28:41
we're on the call again. And it, it kind of, you know,

00:28:45
kind of calms down a little bit, but things are still weird with

00:28:48
our connection, our sounds, the way we're, we're catching the

00:28:51
audio is really weird. Once the call's over, it

00:28:54
renders, right? Like it just saves itself.

00:28:57
I'm playing the, the audio back, everything seems fine, right?

00:29:00
So then we can move on to editing.

00:29:02
So I'm editing the audio and I noticed that there is a very

00:29:07
very. Deep buzzing sound on her side

00:29:10
of the recording. I guess just like this, you

00:29:13
know, like a like a electricity kind of thing, like it's just

00:29:16
buzzing. I kind of I hit, you know, this

00:29:19
to start over, like hit the the back track all the way to the

00:29:22
beginning, play it and it sounds fine.

00:29:24
So I'm like, oh, that's weird. Maybe I'm running too many

00:29:26
things at once. Kind of forget about I edit the

00:29:29
whole thing has its sound effects and has everything,

00:29:32
whatever and it's ready to go. I export the audio, press play.

00:29:38
And it won't play. I export again, upload and then

00:29:45
once it's on the server side, like once it's uploaded, I press

00:29:47
play and it won't play like it's just like this thing.

00:29:50
It just it doesn't it won't work.

00:29:54
At the time I wasn't working with anybody who does sound or

00:29:57
somebody I could ask like what does this mean?

00:29:59
What does this mean? But I uploaded, I replaced the

00:30:05
file like I exported again, uploaded and then press play and

00:30:09
and then it worked. It just happened to work that

00:30:11
time. So there were several barriers

00:30:13
to that, right? And this is the whole time I'm

00:30:15
explaining to Amy, Amy, there's something weird going on with

00:30:17
all this. Why?

00:30:20
And her, and I emailed her and I'm like something odd.

00:30:24
And she responded like, let me see if I can find her e-mail.

00:30:28
Why am I even trying to remember this?

00:30:30
Like I have her e-mail. Might even just ask her to come

00:30:34
on just so that you can hear it from her.

00:30:37
I think she might be. She might be down.

00:30:38
She might do it. OK, so this one was once it was

00:30:42
published, I was like, hey, Amy, it's scheduled for Wednesday.

00:30:46
We have a single long episode with a break in between.

00:30:50
And then she says, thank you so much for publishing my stories.

00:30:53
I also hope it wasn't too much of a challenge to edit since it

00:30:55
was getting cut off too many times.

00:30:57
By the way, just an update, the lady that helps my helps me

00:31:00
mother my child showed up again the other night after I received

00:31:03
your message about my story being published.

00:31:06
She had told me that she stays closer to my daughter's to

00:31:08
protect her from my demons and makes sure that that they don't

00:31:11
do harm. They don't harm her the way they

00:31:14
harm me since she's still too young and vulnerable to those

00:31:17
attacks she has. Also, she told me that it was

00:31:21
actually their fault while her connection kept getting cut as

00:31:24
well. As for my cell phone dying, they

00:31:27
intentionally drained my phone battery to stop me from telling

00:31:30
you my story. After that she had this

00:31:32
frightened look on her face and she disappeared only to reappear

00:31:35
next to my daughter who was playing on the floor.

00:31:38
She was there. She was trying to protect her

00:31:39
from whatever she saw. I later found out that they were

00:31:42
my demons looking looming over me and that's why she rushed

00:31:45
back to my daughter to shield her from them.

00:31:48
I just wanted to let you know I also wanted to ask if they have

00:31:52
manifested on your side with your.

00:31:54
Team since I told my story. I try my best to keep them at

00:31:59
Bay. I know Shelby Scott, host of

00:32:02
Scare You to Sleep, experienced something during the recording

00:32:05
of her podcast after she read my story of My Faceless Demons for

00:32:08
one of her episodes. I don't remember what episode it

00:32:11
was, but it happened right around the end of the of the

00:32:15
part where she was closing her show.

00:32:18
Please let me know right away if you if they have bothered you

00:32:20
after you published my story so I can ask the lady for help in

00:32:23
keeping them here instead of travelling to you and your team.

00:32:26
Thank you for sharing my stories on your podcast.

00:32:28
Stay safe. I'm just remembering you like

00:32:33
the whole thing now. Like this is where where she

00:32:35
asks if if anything had happened on my end.

00:32:39
The thing was, nothing had happened yet, probably because

00:32:42
it didn't reply to that specific e-mail and I started a new

00:32:44
thread with her. Really strange.

00:32:46
So this is what happened. During, like I said, during the

00:32:52
call, we had issues, right? Like we had, we had problems

00:32:55
with with with actual call, but there was one specific incident

00:33:00
that it was kind of a build up, right.

00:33:03
So I don't work here in this, in this plate, in this spot.

00:33:08
And my, my, what I call like my studio is a room in the back of

00:33:10
the house has my desk. It has, you know, a little

00:33:13
recording area. It has like my whole thing is

00:33:15
like a nice little setup where I can just work there late at

00:33:17
night and nobody bothers me. Like it's just me there sitting

00:33:21
down working. And this night, I remember being

00:33:25
there in the lamp. I had already replaced the lamp.

00:33:28
I don't know why I was just freaked out about it.

00:33:30
But like I switched it out. The damp that was there was now

00:33:33
in my desk. And I had another one at that

00:33:35
part and. It it would it.

00:33:40
It wouldn't flicker anymore like it would just wouldn't do

00:33:41
anything like it after that call.

00:33:43
Like it didn't never really flickered again.

00:33:46
But I remember at times feeling very nervous when I was working,

00:33:50
like right now with my back turned to like the rest of the

00:33:52
room. It was, it was like that.

00:33:54
It was a very strange feeling facing away and every once in a

00:33:59
while I got this urge to open the door, like I just felt like

00:34:01
this. I need to open the early like

00:34:03
air in 'cause I'm freaking out. Something's happening.

00:34:07
What I thought was air in right like so I would stand up, go and

00:34:10
open the door and I will leave it open for a little bit because

00:34:13
it, it was I was freaked out. I was thinking like, oh, at

00:34:15
least like I don't want to be locked in here.

00:34:17
That's what it felt like at the time right later that I like it

00:34:21
was later that I discovered that it might have been a trick to

00:34:25
get me to open the door again. This is all from stuff that I've

00:34:29
heard right nothing like for me. I consider myself again, like a

00:34:32
very I'm not very skeptical, but I'm like AI have a healthy level

00:34:35
of skepticism. I won't necessarily believe

00:34:37
everything. I will keep an open mind, but

00:34:39
like I won't believe everything. I'll always question when

00:34:43
somebody tells me something like, you know, I'll try to like

00:34:46
dig a little bit to see, not to see if it's true, but like just

00:34:49
to see how much how far we can get with this and how much they

00:34:52
can help explain what they're what they're, you know, sharing

00:34:55
with me. So that's not less than like

00:34:59
anything paranormal. That's somebody walking outside.

00:35:03
But OK, so my sister comes to town.

00:35:08
She lives in San Diego and she comes up to, you know, Southern

00:35:12
California, like the northern part of Southern California.

00:35:15
And she goes in to print something at my at my studio.

00:35:19
And she's, you know, trying to print something for her work or

00:35:21
whatever. She's using my printer.

00:35:23
And we're just kind of making a small talk and we're just

00:35:25
talking. Not even a small talk.

00:35:26
You just have, you know, brother and sister.

00:35:28
We're just talking and she. Just asked me.

00:35:32
Hey, has anything weird happened in here since you tell so many

00:35:36
stories, 'cause I have like little things, little trinkets

00:35:38
and stuff there. And I'm like, yeah, you know

00:35:41
what? One time, yeah, I had this weird

00:35:43
experience. Then I share with her what

00:35:46
happened during the call with Amy, that whenever I said the

00:35:51
word demon, a light would flicker behind me.

00:35:58
Right when I say that, my sister screams and I kind of turned

00:36:04
back a little bit. And I look back towards my

00:36:07
sister and I'm like, what happened, right?

00:36:09
Like, because I'm kind of confused at the time when I felt

00:36:10
like it just felt, it was just a weird feeling.

00:36:14
Like you get startled so you wonder, like there's something

00:36:17
behind me. So I did that and she's like the

00:36:20
light just turned off. And I had this, you've probably

00:36:25
seen it in my other recordings. Like it's, it's like a Spotify

00:36:28
neon kind of sign, but it's not neon because it's not made of

00:36:31
neon, like neon. It's like, it's not a, a glass

00:36:34
lamp. It's like a plastic LED, like a

00:36:38
wannabe neon. So it looks like that, right?

00:36:40
It's bright. That's what turned on and off.

00:36:45
And I'm like, really? She's like, yeah, yeah, like,

00:36:47
and she like books it, right? She's like, she's done like we,

00:36:49
we just, yeah, like don't talk about that anymore.

00:36:52
You get saw we walk. We're like, that was weird,

00:36:54
'cause that thing never flickers.

00:36:56
The actual neon does every once in a while, like might flicker.

00:36:59
That never, ever happens. And and it did.

00:37:04
I actually have a recording with my sister where she's sharing

00:37:06
this with me. She's like, thou ask her, do you

00:37:09
remember the time? She's like.

00:37:10
It was the I think it was a light that said Spotify, the

00:37:15
neon light, you need flash. It was really clear because

00:37:21
there was no other lighting. There was nothing else going on.

00:37:24
But right when you said that word, when you said demon, the

00:37:29
light flashed. Any but I didn't see it.

00:37:31
Why didn't I see it? I yeah, that's, that's what's

00:37:35
creepy about it too, because I know I wasn't making it up like

00:37:39
I saw it. It even like because I was

00:37:45
facing I was face I guess. I think I was facing away from

00:37:49
it though, but I I feel like I would have seen.

00:37:53
So you were facing towards me, telling me the story.

00:37:56
So you were standing almost like a couple feet in front of the

00:38:00
light, right like facing towards me and I had a clearview.

00:38:05
I was looking back at you as you were telling me the story.

00:38:08
But right when you said the word demon, the light like like

00:38:11
flickered the the neon light. And I thought that was the end

00:38:16
of it. And this is where we get into

00:38:19
something a little more serious, a little more personal, I guess,

00:38:24
because there was a obviously I remembered, I, I remember the

00:38:30
story of the, the Mano Peluda episode, which I actually have,

00:38:33
I think it's one of the very first episodes here on

00:38:35
Paranormal Club, which, you know, it happened with this,

00:38:39
this radio host who had a call with somebody who shared a story

00:38:44
about a demon and the demon event.

00:38:46
Like eventually they met up. It was a, he wanted to stay

00:38:48
anonymous. The caller wanted to stay

00:38:50
anonymous. Actually, they met up right

00:38:51
after them. They met not even what is it?

00:38:55
A couple weeks later he dies, or maybe a few days later he, the

00:38:59
host dies like after meeting the caller in person.

00:39:04
And it was a strange, bizarre, you got to listen to that one.

00:39:06
It's called. The is it the?

00:39:08
Creepiest of the darkest radio call in the what is it the

00:39:13
darkest call or the creepiest call in in radio history?

00:39:16
Something like that. So that that episode is actually

00:39:19
called the Curse of La Mano Peluda, which is where I share,

00:39:28
you know, what actually happened with the host and in the, in the

00:39:31
podcast called Horror Story, actually go like deep into, into

00:39:36
the actual, I mean, I share them both, right?

00:39:39
Like they still they explain everything in there.

00:39:41
But there is, I think it's called the darkest call in radio

00:39:46
history on the podcast Horror Story.

00:39:48
So there's, there's both. You can have both, I guess both

00:39:52
retellings of that specific story.

00:39:54
I actually shared a little bit of that with like a little bit

00:39:58
of what I'm sharing now in that episode too.

00:40:00
So you can get that different like that different connection.

00:40:05
Because it was it was a tough, tough thing to happen, right?

00:40:07
And there was another event actually not long after that,

00:40:13
because at the time we were filming that we were recording

00:40:15
this, this show called scary mystery surprise.

00:40:19
And part of it was going to be like, hey, Michelle, my Co host

00:40:23
was going to get me a doll like a haunted doll from eBay.

00:40:27
The. Great idea, right?

00:40:29
She was going to get one and then I was just going to talk

00:40:31
about my experiences. And she did she she got 1 and it

00:40:38
was creepiest stayed in the box forever, but finally opened it

00:40:41
or whatever. And there was from that.

00:40:45
I'm a little hesitant to share this stuff, right.

00:40:47
But it made me wonder if because there was another really

00:40:52
terrible, I think one of the most terrible things I think

00:40:56
that's happened recently, I guess in in in my life and and

00:41:01
then my girlfriend's life, which.

00:41:03
Was. She's not answering her phone,

00:41:07
start to worry, her mom starts worrying, her brother's

00:41:11
worrying. Turns out she was basically

00:41:16
kidnapped while they were robbing her her work.

00:41:19
Site, you know, as they're built working like a construction site

00:41:25
and they saw all the machines and everything and she was tied

00:41:26
up for the whole night and as in thank God nothing else happened

00:41:31
like. But dealing with the whole, you

00:41:33
know, imagine, you know, you're held against your will at the at

00:41:37
the mercy of other people with guns and all that stuff.

00:41:43
Terrible, terrible situation. And I mean, I didn't

00:41:48
immediately, I will say like the next day, I'm already flying

00:41:51
out. And that flight was First off,

00:41:56
it was there was a delay, then I lost the flight because of a

00:41:59
missed connection because of the delay they made.

00:42:02
They forced me to to check a bag and that's where it got lost

00:42:07
because of that. So it was like just triple

00:42:09
strike. After.

00:42:10
Strike after strike. It's just like, come on, are you

00:42:13
serious? Like delayed.

00:42:16
Oh, check in your bag. Then they, they basically forced

00:42:18
me to do it. It gets lost.

00:42:21
Miss a flight ask you to stay overnight for your connection

00:42:26
the next day. I don't know how, but that was

00:42:29
able to fight for another one like fight another seat, but it

00:42:33
was tough. It was tough obviously, but I I

00:42:35
still didn't matter right, like at the time I was just like

00:42:38
screw, as long as I get there, you'll be fine.

00:42:41
I'll I'll even if I don't get my stuff like it'll, it'll be OK,

00:42:45
like all that matters is just to get there.

00:42:47
You know it's because you know you find out all this stuff is

00:42:49
happening. It's so much that at the same

00:42:51
time, and there was a sense of guilt way later, I'm saying like

00:42:55
once we're talking about the story and what happened and how

00:42:58
close it was to all these experiences.

00:43:04
Now, there were obviously other things, right, that I might have

00:43:07
never even noticed, never even paid attention to.

00:43:09
And I'm not one to want to believe.

00:43:12
That these things can have an effect like that but I know why

00:43:16
we might believe them and that's because these things can be

00:43:20
easily like can we call it a coincidence like how far does it

00:43:24
need to go for us to like actually admit that maybe this

00:43:28
stuff is real right so it. Just made me think on how we

00:43:33
handle all these stories and what we're supposed to do with

00:43:35
all this. How do we?

00:43:37
Manage all this stuff. Right.

00:43:39
Who do we believe and who can we trust?

00:43:41
Because even when I started doing research into how all

00:43:45
these stories get started with Bucheria, with witchcraft, with

00:43:49
demons, with all this stuff like how do, why do people do that?

00:43:52
And the history of all that, like individual stories of all

00:43:55
this. I started finding out that maybe

00:43:57
all these things can actually go First off through like

00:44:01
bloodlines through like family. So like if your family member

00:44:04
has done something, somebody else in your family might be

00:44:06
affected because it's somehow affecting your life.

00:44:09
And all these things have that they have stories that people

00:44:12
share, like all these accounts, like all these, these studies on

00:44:15
witchcraft and everything, Carrie stories, actual real,

00:44:19
verifiable witness stories of things that happened after some

00:44:25
type of ritual, some type of. Messing with these kind of

00:44:29
things. And it, it, it was really it, it

00:44:33
was a weird thing, you know, considering what I had just

00:44:37
done, which is taking a call like this.

00:44:40
So what did I do? I asked Amy, I asked her what

00:44:45
happened here, right. We were at the time getting some

00:44:48
backlash from that story because at the very end, she says

00:44:51
whoever I share this story with, stuff starts happening to them.

00:44:56
So I don't know if it got to me somehow in obviously getting the

00:45:01
submissions and thinking about it so much that it might have

00:45:05
manifested. In real life.

00:45:10
Let me know what you think about that.

00:45:11
Let me know if you've ever experienced anything or heard of

00:45:15
anybody in your family or close friends mess with a dark force

00:45:22
like demons. And did they have did it have

00:45:26
any effects? But yeah, let's let's let's go

00:45:30
back into. Something a little more normal,

00:45:32
more normal here. Let's go through a a few

00:45:33
comments, but still let me know it.

00:45:35
Let me know what you thought of all of this.

00:45:38
It's bizarre. Also like reading the, the, the

00:45:40
things about stuff that happens on her birthday and today's my

00:45:42
birthday. And I'm like, how I don't know,

00:45:46
I just got chills. You know, that cause earlier

00:45:48
today too, like I, I didn't tell anybody here.

00:45:51
I'm staying at a like a hotel kind of thing.

00:45:53
And the, the staff knocked on my door to, to, to bring a cake and

00:45:57
to sing happy birthday. And it was, it was, it was

00:46:00
surprising as I was getting all set up here and I'm like, Oh,

00:46:04
that was really nice. It was really cool.

00:46:06
But let me see. We're going to go through some

00:46:07
comments. Sorry, I haven't replied to the

00:46:10
other ones in the previous episodes.

00:46:12
I'm getting through everything right now.

00:46:15
There was just so much stuff has been has been going on that like

00:46:18
I said, in terms of, you know, moving around, getting adapted,

00:46:21
getting started with the new the news podcast episodes in Spanish

00:46:26
outlining the whole thing. All this stuff that's going on

00:46:30
and what I'm doing about it, at least in the, in the US, all the

00:46:32
stuff with immigration, ICE, all the deportations and all the,

00:46:37
the family issues, everything that's happening, I'm coming up

00:46:40
with, with, you know, outlining and everything.

00:46:42
It should be out very soon to, to bring light into what's

00:46:47
happening, right? That it, if you want to talk

00:46:49
about horror, what's scarier than separating a family by

00:46:54
force, right? Like, geez, there's a whole

00:46:57
thing right there. It won't be, it won't be a ranty

00:47:00
or anything. It's just going to be the truth

00:47:02
of what happens. And hopefully those that have no

00:47:07
idea of what's been going on and how terrible it is might get

00:47:11
some might get just a new viewpoint, you know, into, into

00:47:17
the the results of all this in the consequences of all this

00:47:19
stuff that's happening. But but anyway, let me go

00:47:22
through some of the comments here and let's see from our

00:47:27
latest episode that's called We Can See Ghosts Listener

00:47:30
submissions #4. We get.

00:47:35
Right there, I ask people who have never commented before to

00:47:37
come on and drop a comment and we got some.

00:47:41
Here we go. First comment actually here was

00:47:46
from Adriana or Adriana is. Hey Edwin, I'm a huge fan.

00:47:50
I listen to all your shows and love them all.

00:47:52
Paranormal Club is a new favorite.

00:47:54
Love the content in the video that goes along.

00:47:56
Shows like yours hit close to home as I have had many

00:47:58
experiences and hope to have some shared on one of your

00:48:01
shows. Keep up the awesome, incredible,

00:48:03
fascinating work. Thank you so much.

00:48:05
Thank you for that, Adriana and. Please share your stories,

00:48:09
please. You can get in touch with me,

00:48:11
Edwin, at scarystory.com. You can also use the link in the

00:48:16
on the description of this episode.

00:48:18
Mama Bear says suggested name ghoulish crew or maybe Ghoul

00:48:23
squad. I used to say gal.

00:48:29
I've only read that word, you know, like I've never really

00:48:31
heard it. But yeah, Ghoul squad.

00:48:33
I like that it says love you Edwin, love all the shows.

00:48:35
Love you too, Mama Bear. Thank you so much for commenting

00:48:38
and for commenting on the other episodes as well.

00:48:42
Let's see, ghoulish crew. I like the crew part Ghoulish.

00:48:46
Can we do ghoulish? Ghoulish crew.

00:48:51
It might work. We might have to vote on it.

00:48:53
We might have to vote on it. But yeah, good ideas.

00:48:56
Good ideas. Andreas 98420 says no one tells

00:49:01
stories like you, bro. I tried other ones.

00:49:02
I always come back to yours. Clap, clap.

00:49:05
Thanks so much for that. And telling you, man, that

00:49:10
people, people just come back. You have to come back.

00:49:13
Just kidding. Because I appreciate that.

00:49:15
I appreciate that a lot. You know it.

00:49:19
I listened to some of my early cringy stories and I'm like,

00:49:22
just. I mean, it's a good thing we've

00:49:25
gotten better at it, so I appreciate you noticing, Pooh

00:49:29
says. That's interesting.

00:49:31
Cool name, Pooh PO says some say that those kids see ghosts.

00:49:38
Yeah. And yes, they do.

00:49:41
Yeah, they do. Pretty scary.

00:49:43
Pretty scary because those stories were pretty eerie.

00:49:46
And E says how dare you transition to the spooky picture

00:49:50
to your face. I was freaking out thinking I

00:49:51
was losing my mind. There was a picture that was

00:49:56
sent in for the last story and yeah, it's really creepy.

00:50:01
And I do do a transition into my face.

00:50:05
Completely unintentional. It just happened.

00:50:08
Sorry about that, but yeah, I said that Blanca and Corona says

00:50:12
I couldn't see the lady in the picture.

00:50:13
Help. Love all the stories.

00:50:15
Blanca, thank you for the comment and let me see if I can

00:50:19
put that on the screen now. This is what she looks like.

00:50:28
Eric L0 under score L 03 says first time commenting.

00:50:32
Yeah, we got one. I found you randomly on

00:50:35
suggested about a year ago and now I listen to all your

00:50:37
podcasts. You're literally my favorite

00:50:39
podcaster. Saludos bro, keep it up.

00:50:41
Heck yeah, dude, Thank you. Thank you so much for that.

00:50:45
This is what's OK. Thanks.

00:50:50
This is awesome, Eric. I appreciate you listening and

00:50:54
thanks for the for this is this is encouraging to me.

00:50:57
This is super encouraging because it's like, let's keep it

00:50:59
going. Again, here is just me against

00:51:02
the wall. There's a camera and you know,

00:51:04
it feels like I'm talking to myself, but not anymore now that

00:51:06
we have this. So thank you, Eric.

00:51:09
Let me see. Comment from Jeremy Jensen says

00:51:12
hi from New Zealand. Edwin, love all the podcasts you

00:51:14
do. Been listening for years.

00:51:17
Keep it up, brother. Stay scary.

00:51:19
Yeah, let's go. Jeremy, thank you so much for

00:51:21
that. Thanks for for listening to the

00:51:24
show. You know, I realized that some

00:51:26
of us here listen to multiple of the podcast, True Scary Story or

00:51:29
Scary Story podcast or Horror Story.

00:51:31
I know they all they all sound kind of the same, but they are

00:51:34
different. Obviously.

00:51:35
You guys know that. Thank you so much Jeremy for

00:51:37
that. Let me see.

00:51:39
Then we have a comment here from Roxini Ruzek.

00:51:43
Says that thing with the white smile mentioned the comments

00:51:46
sounds a bit like Japanese kushisake ona or slit mouthed

00:51:49
woman. Also that black wolf seen in the

00:51:52
room sounds like it could become my new pet.

00:51:55
I live by the cemetery so the only thing I get is knocking on

00:51:58
the door or shadows on the walls.

00:52:00
Never cue pets. That's the only thing you get

00:52:04
knocking on the doors or shadows on the wall.

00:52:08
Do what? See when people say things so

00:52:11
normally it just sounds like normal.

00:52:15
No, I think that's enough. Like this is shadows.

00:52:18
Yeah. The wolf thing is actually the

00:52:21
second or third time that I hear about a wolf showing itself.

00:52:25
Actually, my cousins have a story about that.

00:52:27
So that's actually a story in the Spanish version of True

00:52:31
scary story, The Road Estorias and Reales.

00:52:34
That's the name of the. Of the podcast and my cousins

00:52:36
actually share a story there about seeing a wolf maybe not a

00:52:39
black wolf but seen seen a wolf I wonder what that means very

00:52:44
curious but yeah thank you Roxy let's see pusheen says I was a

00:52:47
very. Curious kid, very curious kid.

00:52:49
And ran out to sea and no one was the only time I saw him and

00:52:52
was I, I was home alone. Yeah, yeah, I was a very curious

00:52:57
kid too. But I was always I was also a

00:53:00
very like chickeny kid. Like I I knew that stuff was out

00:53:05
there. Like I I could kind of tell

00:53:07
like, oh, what if I see a ghost? Like I can I kind of tell.

00:53:10
But yeah, thanks pushing for that.

00:53:12
Ian Fielder says best horror supernatural podcast out there.

00:53:18
Keep grinding. Edwin 10th episode as a as a

00:53:21
community. Can't wait till the 100.

00:53:24
Keep it scary, Edwin. Thanks so much, Ian, for for

00:53:26
that. Definitely we're going to get

00:53:28
back once it we're at 100. We'll see where we're at.

00:53:31
We'll see what's happening. Maybe I'll have a beard by that

00:53:35
time. Maybe I'll grow hair.

00:53:37
Who knows? Who knows?

00:53:38
Anything is possible. Anything is possible.

00:53:41
I appreciate that. Thank you.

00:53:43
And yeah, I'm super excited that we made it to the 10th. 10 is a

00:53:45
big deal to me for a new show because it's like we did it.

00:53:49
We, we it's rolling, right? Anything for Mooney says for our

00:53:54
Mooney says. Great episode.

00:53:56
The pic spooked me, lol. Keep it scary.

00:53:59
Yeah. See.

00:54:00
Thanks. By the way, anything EB Alarcon

00:54:03
says, I vote for the listener's name to be Los Spookies.

00:54:07
It's silly, but I don't really sell.

00:54:08
Yes, true. And get to the point across.

00:54:10
And get to the point across. We like spooky things.

00:54:12
I like that. I like that.

00:54:14
Los Spookies. Los Spookies.

00:54:16
I like that. What's up, Spookies?

00:54:19
We'll see. We'll see how that sounds.

00:54:20
We might try it out again. I think we should vote.

00:54:22
I don't know. What do you guys think?

00:54:23
We should probably vote on this. Nyla said says, good episode,

00:54:27
Edwin. Keep it up.

00:54:28
Thanks so much. I really like these comments, by

00:54:30
the way, like the the encouraging ones.

00:54:32
They're like, yeah, let's go, let's go.

00:54:35
That means a lot. So thank you.

00:54:37
This goes back to the Sleepwalkers.

00:54:39
This is from Betsy. It says I was on a call with a

00:54:42
friend and she said in the middle of the night I sat,

00:54:45
jolted up and said yelled or said or yelled kind of in

00:54:49
distress. What?

00:54:51
And then I fell right back to bed.

00:54:56
What? Sorry.

00:54:58
I know it's not supposed to be funny.

00:55:02
I could just imagine that. What?

00:55:03
And then that's it. You're done.

00:55:10
Oh, God, I love this. I love this.

00:55:14
Decal at 31. A minute at 3118 says hell no.

00:55:18
Yeah. That's the point where I show

00:55:19
the the image, the picture that we got, Pat Truly Drop says.

00:55:24
There's already a podcast called Ghosty.

00:55:26
That's true, Ghosties. Yeah, I've actually I've.

00:55:28
Seen that? There's 22 girls.

00:55:29
Yeah, yeah. And they're like really comfy

00:55:32
just talking about ghosts. Ghosties.

00:55:35
Yeah, that's true. That way we can't we can't use

00:55:37
the same name. Ghosties.

00:55:40
It's a cool podcast name, though.

00:55:43
Oh, here's an interesting thing here, because I mentioned the

00:55:45
buzzing. The buzzing sound when you're

00:55:48
experience sleep paralysis right?

00:55:49
And we got this comment from KT Rob 9877 on YouTube it says I

00:55:55
think I know the buzzing sound you were referencing but I won't

00:55:58
swear it's the same thing because to me it sounds like

00:56:00
it's an internal thing like a rushing in my ears if that makes

00:56:03
sense. And it is associated with sleep

00:56:05
paralysis for me. However, whenever I experience

00:56:09
it, I'm very aware that I'm experiencing sleep paralysis.

00:56:12
Like lucid dreaming. And two, I'm desperately trying

00:56:15
to shake myself away or make something move because there's

00:56:18
always this feeling. There's always this feeling of

00:56:21
something grabbing onto me, almost like it's trying to get

00:56:24
as close as possible to me. Maybe I'm weird for this next

00:56:27
part, but every time I experience this, there's only

00:56:30
one thought that comes to mind. Whatever is next to me when I'm

00:56:34
paralyzed is trying to possess me and I have to fight like hell

00:56:38
to move because it disappears when I do.

00:56:42
And the thread here, decal respondents here says this is so

00:56:45
scary and you're not, you're not weird at all.

00:56:47
My experiences with sleep paralysis, I am definitely

00:56:49
awake. I know some say it, you're in

00:56:51
that in between state. But no, I'm awake and I'm

00:56:55
telling myself to move and trying to scream and all I hear

00:56:57
is myself screaming inside my own head.

00:56:59
So yeah, like an internal buzzing sound.

00:57:02
Why do we get that buzzing? Why do we get that buzzing?

00:57:05
See likes people, we need to talk about this and this this

00:57:08
other comment by Gabby says, I saw a shadow at my job and I

00:57:12
also heard like something fell down.

00:57:14
I went to investigate, but nothing fell down.

00:57:17
When that happened, it was myself, a manager and the

00:57:19
owner's nephew that were there. Super spooky stuff at

00:57:25
workplaces. I think makes they make really,

00:57:27
really good stories because you know you're at a place that

00:57:33
you're used to. But it's not your home.

00:57:35
And yeah, it's really bizarre. Let me see if we have any more

00:57:41
comments. I'm pretty sure we do.

00:57:43
The ones that I haven't gone through yet, I'm going to go

00:57:47
through the go through them in the next one or during a live,

00:57:50
maybe during a live live live podcast.

00:57:53
But anyway, so you all know where you can reach me.

00:57:57
You can find me on social media. That's Tiktok, Instagram,

00:57:59
Facebook as Edwin Cove. That's EDWINCOV, all one word,

00:58:06
all stuck together. And you can get in touch with me

00:58:08
that way. And you can also head on over to

00:58:11
paranormalclub.com. You can find all of our stuff

00:58:13
there. All of our episodes are there.

00:58:15
And if you want to listen to even more of the shows, please

00:58:18
check out the other Scary FM podcasts.

00:58:21
The Spanish ones are coming up right now and they're actually

00:58:24
being loaded. All the stuff is edited.

00:58:27
So if you know of anybody who has stories in Spanish and

00:58:29
they're willing to share them with me, hopping on a call and

00:58:32
like an audio call and recording them with me, let me know.

00:58:36
We can also do video. We can also do a video call and

00:58:38
then we can get those stories out there.

00:58:41
Anyway, thank you very much for listening or watching.

00:58:45
Keep it scary everyone. See you soon.
