The Hauntings Kept Finding Them Again (Two Eerie Stories)

The Hauntings Kept Finding Them Again (Two Eerie Stories)

Tonight’s episode features two unsettling true paranormal stories from people who spent years hoping the activity in their lives would finally stop. Kaylee begins describing terrifying encounters beginning in early childhood: ghostly figures standing at the foot of her bed, crosses mysteriously disappearing, growling outside her room, violent sleep paralysis, and a towering shadow entity that seemed to follow her for years. Even after tattooing a cross onto her body appeared to stop the activity, a psychic medium later warned her that whatever was attached to her was only waiting to come back. Did it return?
The second story takes us deep into the haunted canyons of Wasatch Mountains, where abandoned silver mines, forgotten pioneer graves, and moonlit hiking trails became the perfect location for unexplained encounters. Things like voices echoing through empty mining camps and shadow figures appearing in multiple homes at the exact same time are only the beginning.
Looks like we got a little bit of everything in these true scary stories: shadow people, haunted locations, paranormal encounters, ghost sightings, sleep paralysis, dark entities, and unexplained wilderness horror. Tap "play" if you feel ready. Here we go.

She said it was kind of mocking me, laughing and saying, she thinks I'm gone and things might be better right now, but I will be back eventually. For one woman, the paranormal began before she could even speak, and for another man, it started with footsteps circling a tent deep in the Wasatch Mountains. Both believe that the encounters would stop with time if they were wrong. My name is Edwin, and here are Kayley's and Ethan It's true scary stories. One of my first memories of seeing a ghost was when I was four or five years old at my grandparents' house. I was spending the night with my aunt at the time. I remember laying in her bed and looking down the hallway and seeing almost a cowboy like shadow standing in the doorway down the hall a little bit. It was just a shadow. I couldn't see a face or clothing anything like that, just kind of like a silhouette. I knew it wasn't anyone who was in the house at the time, so I automatically got scared and I covered up my eyes at the blanket, and when I pulled the blanket back down, he was gone. I remember years later after that telling ghost stories kind of with my aunt and my mom, and my aunt telling a story about how she saw that same cowboy silhouette in that same house around the same time too. Another time was when I was ten years old. I was sleeping in my room. I remember just waking up in the middle of the night and there was a little boy standing at the edge of my bed. He was dressed and all white, but he was all scraped up and you could tell they were like fresh cuts and bruises all over his face and arms. He didn't say anything, but I just remember him looking really sad. Same thing kind of with the cowboy. I got super scared and I covered up my eyes with my blanket, and then when I pulled him back down, he was gone. I just remember I screamed and screamed to my mom and made her come into my room for the rest of the night after that because I was so scared. But I never saw him again. My really scary, serious paranormal experiences, I guess you could say, started when I was about sixteen or seventeen years old. I remember I was still in high school and I was living with my grandma at the time. When it first started, I remember I was on her couch taking a nap. I had a really bad nightmare during the nap. In my nightmare, I was in a church. The church was pretty much empty except every inch of the wall I had a crucifix on it. There was crucifixes everywhere, just one by one. They started flying at me and hitting me in my dream, really hard, like stabbing me, cutting me, hitting me. One by one, they just would fly off the walls and hit me until I was on the floor bleeding. I woke up and I was just super shaken up by it. I remember being really scared, and I went to my grandma and I told her about my nightmare. She told me that that was the devil trying to communicate with me, that he reaches out to you and your dreams, and he was reaching out to me. She said, you know this Sunday, I'm going to take you to church. So that Sunday I went to church with my grandma. The whole time in church, I was it sounds weird, but I could have swore the priest was staring at me the whole time. And I just remember having a horrible headache and being really nauseous, and just like wanting to go home. We went home and I had a crucifix that was on a shelf in my room that I had gotten from my first communion. And when I got home, the crucifix was in the middle of the floor broken. I have no idea how it would have fallen or move. So that really scared me and I broke down. I started crying, and my Grandmo then gave me across a crucifix to where she told me to, you know, always wear it, wear it when you sleep, right before you go to bed, all this stuff, and I would except every time I would sleep with a crucifix necklace, I would wake up and it would be gone. I lost fifteen to twenty necklaces just sleeping and I could never find them. I would pull my bed out, take all my sheets off, and they were just never anywhere. Also during that time, I would wake up a lot in the middle of the night and my bed would be shaking. I would wake up and they would shake for a minute and it would just stop. It's like almost when I was awake. It knew I woke up and kind of stopped. It was really strange, but I could feel it while I was still sleeping. It's hard to explain. There would also be dead birds, squirrels, rabbits, snakes outside of my window almost daily, not all at the same time, but once a day there would be some type of dead animal outside of my window. When all this was happening, another time in the house, I was taking a bath and I was laying in the bath and I was home alone. All of a sudden, someone bangs on the door, like really loud banging, and I like, sit up, and of course I'm scared because I know I'm home alone. And I just said, you know, who is it, Grandma my dad's name, and Noah answered, and then just one more time playing bang bang, really loud on the door, and I we had a mirror, and the mirror even like rattled in the bathroom, how loud it knocking me. So I got up out of the bath really fast, you know, because I was like, someone's messing with me. I'm like, this is it's not funny. So I got up and slammed the door open, and no one was there for a while. I kind of thought I was going crazy because my dad and my uncle, my grandma, they all would just you know, oh, you watch too many ghost shows, you watch too many scary movies. This is you know, your imagination is running wild. I kind of thought I was going crazy too, Like maybe I'm just I'm stressed. I don't know what it was. But I had a friend come over one day and we were decorating our graduation caps. We were be dazzling them for graduation. We're in my room and all of a sudden, all the power goes out in the house, like the fuse blows. Everything shuts off, and I'm like, what the heck. So I'm home alone with I mean, I'm with my friend, but we're there by ourselves. So I go on the basement, I flip the braker back on. Everything's fine. We'd go upstairs and we're decorating our cap and then we both hear a growl and it sounds like a dog growling almost, or some type of like animal. It's just a really deep growl. And she looks at me, and I look at her, and at first I'm thinking, like, I'm just going to ignore it, because I kind of got used to ignoring things by then. Things would happen and I would just brush it off. But she asked me if I got a dog if I had gotten a dog, and I said, no, I don't have any dogs or cats or anything like that. And she's like, well, what is that growling? And at that time when she asked, my heart just sank and I was like, Okay, someone else hears this. Someone else is experiencing this too. And I remember I stayed really calm, and I was like, just get your things and let's go. And I just we left the house because I that was scary, because it kind of for me, made it seem like it was all real. During this time, when I would sleep at my mother's house, I would have sleep paralysis almost every night. It was my eighteenth birthday and I had three girls spending the night at my house for a sleepover. We were all sleeping laying in the living room. We had made like palettes on the floor because we all just slept together on the floor in the living room. I woke up in the middle of the night and I remember you could see my dining room from my living room. It was kind of like a It was open, so I could see somebody sitting at the dining room table and I looked. I just kind of put my head back down because I didn't think anything of it, and then I looked again and they were still just sitting there in that same position, and I thought it was weird because they were sitting in the dark. There was no lights on in the house, and so I said, Mom, is that you Mom? And whatever it was, its head like turned towards me, and then it stood up from the chair. But when it stood up, it was huge, taller than the ceiling. It almost had to like bend its head down when it got to its full height because it was too tall for the ceiling. I couldn't see anything except just a figure. It was like ahead and then all black, no face, just a huge black shadow, almost just standing there and kind of similar to what I typically do when I get super scared of Gosay covered my eyes up with the blanket because I just remember being so scared, and I when I took it back down, it was gone. And then I went and I woke my mom up and I told her about it, and she just said, I was imagining, you know, probably had a bad dream something. Just go back to bed. So I went back to bed. Things did stop, and it was when I went and I got a tattoo of a cross on the back of my neck because I got tired of losing all my jewelry, like my crucifixes, and so I was like, you know, I'm just gonna put it on my body where it can't go missing, it can't be removed. And after I got that tattoo, everything kind of like I didn't have any more experiences at my grandma's, I didn't have any more sleep paralysis. Everything for me kind of stopped after that, probably three or four years after all of my experiences stopped. After I got that tattoo on the back of my neck, I was working in a restaurant and I was the manager at the time, and I was interviewing for a position, an open position, and I interviewed this one lady and she was telling me that she was a medium and that she read auras. She was saying how my aura was really bright, but she said that she could see a shadow in the corner. She asked my permission, She said, you know, can I grab your hands? Do you mind if I do a reading? And I'm like super interested in all of that, always has been, so I was like, yeah, of course. So she was reading my aura and she just telling me about the colors white and yellow, and then she said that there was a black shadow and that it was attached and it didn't feel good. And then she said that whatever it was was talking to her. She said it was kind of mocking me, laughing and saying she thinks I'm gone and things might be better right now, but I will be back eventually. She kind of got scared, and then I got scared, and I was like, well, what does that mean, And she was like, well, it's not talking to me anymore. Whatever it is isn't talking to me anymore, but it told me that it's going to come back. That's kind of always in the back of my mind at all times, like to this day, there has to be a light somewhere otherwise I just get super uneasy and anxious, and that sentence always comes back to me. I work in a super old brewery. It was built in eighteen forty seven, so it's a very very old building, so I have experiences there. I've had experiences there pretty often in my house now it's not as much now, and when they are, I would say there are more like ghost experiences where this thing I felt this was the only time where I've felt something evil and not just paranormal. When I drive to work, I drive past the cemetery every day, and probably one or two months ago, I was driving past, and I in my rear view mirror, I just got a glimpse of someone in my rear view and I pulled over. I swerved because just instantly I thought someone broke was in my car from when I left for work, you know, So I pull over, I swerve, and I turn around and there's no one there, and so I just rest of the way to work. But I had a feeling like I was driving past the cemetery when it happened, and I wonder if it was just you know, now, I remember my you know, I can remember a lot of my prayers, but they'll be on occasion where I just get a really like heavy feeling and I just think to myself, I just need to say a prayer really fast, and every once in a while I'll forget it. I'm a big believer too, of like, your words are powerful, and I think giving any type of energy to those kind of evil things, they they definitely that's what they're looking for, you know. I was, I was kind of nervous to even talk about it today, because I just get a little scared that if I do talk about it, that it's giving it that attention. I grew up in a southeast of Salt Lake City, Utah, near the mountains. My parents still live up in that area, and I was blessed I grew up in this area because I'm really close to these canyons and these mountains, and I just a frequent this one particular canyon. I still go there actually all the time. For this day, I'm hiking up there. For over forty years. The canyon, the Little Conwood Canyon, was actually formed by a glacier back in the ice Age. They say it's still there. It's still like deep in the canyon. Back in nineteen ninety two, when I was fourteen, my parents let me and my friends go backpack camping up there, and so we started hiking up in this canyon near their. House, about a. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from their front door, and we camped up there all summer at this one spot. Now, this particular camp spot, it's very well hidden. It's way off the trail. Not very many people knew about it. It's not very far when you're just walking down the street. But when you're going up into the canyon with a heavy pack, it takes a good time amount of time to get up in there. This one particular night, my friend Dave and I, who I'm still very. Good friends with the notice we were really young. We were up there camping and we'd gone to bed, and we were in it just like a little two man tent. Probably around one point thirty in the morning, this big gust of wind came down the canyon and just hit our. Tent, and it woke me up. I sat up and looking around and startled me so much, and I looked over my friend Dave and he was out. He was always a really deep sleeper bouldered the size of a Volkswagen. Could have fallen off the cliff next to us an explode, and probably wuldn't have woken him up. As I'm sitting there, it got quiet again. There's a stream nearby. During the spring it's really loud, but this was late summer, so it wasn't very noisy. There's a really bright moon out to the west, probably about where the sun is about three or four o'clock in the afternoon, and I started hearing something walking around our tent. The ground around the tent is very packed hard dirt and gravel and whatever. This was walking around our tent circled it two or three, maybe four times, going really slow. They might think, well, was it an animal? No, it wasn't an animal, because there are mountain lions and black bears up there, but you're not going to hear pause from those animals going around a tent, and they would probably be sniffing around and getting into our camp stuff outside. Whoever or whatever this was circled our tent several times, and I was just frozen. It was kind of a fight or flight. So I looked over my friend Dave. He's still out and I'm kind of quietly trying to wake him up. I just shake him a little bit that he was not waking up, and I didn't want to make a lot of noise. This went on probably three or four minutes, this thing just slowly circling our tent, and I couldn't see anything, even though the moon was out where our tent was, we were in the shadow of these large pine trees and so that I couldn't see any shape or anything, and it just felt really creepy. What was happening outside. Well, after a few minutes, I didn't hear anything. Stupid me, and you know, age fourteen, we had a BB gun. That was the only thing we had. We brought up there a sort of protection that's not going to protect it from anything. But I decided to slowly unzip the tent. I kind of peeked out. I didn't see anything. And it's like I said, about one thirty in the morning, and I slowly stepped out, and I had this BB gun. I had a flashlight, and back in the early nineties, flashlights weren't nearly as good as they are now. And I looked around, got out, checked everywhere, and I felt like I was being watched, and I didn't see anything. I looked all over our camp spot, looked in bushes, looked behind trees, and I couldn't figure out who or what this was. Whatever it was was gone, and I just felt like I was being watched. Now, you might think that maybe somebody was hiking down the canyon or hiking up the canyon and stumbled across our camp spot, but this camp spot is. Very well hit. It's probably about seventy or eighty yards away from the main trail and you have to kind of bushwhack and go across the stream to get to it. And not many people know about this spot. So as I was sitting. There looking around, and I went back in the tent and just kind of sat there, had a really hard time palm back and sleep. The next day we got up and I told him about it. He just had a look of horror on his face, and I told him I couldn't wake him up to save my life, you know, if there was fight or flights, something was going to happen. And we looked in the dirt, couldn't see any tracks or anything, but there was something circling our tent. And if it was like a person, why would this person be up there in the middle of the night creeping around our tent or I don't know if it was what it was or who it was, but it didn't seem like it was a person, just because the feeling that I had wasn't good. It could have been paranormal. I don't know whatever was walking around our tent that night. It was heavy. We camped in that spot enough. That we packed down all the dirt and the weeds, and there was nothing there but just dirt and gravel. Whatever it was made enough sound, but it was heavy whatever it was walking around our tent, and it definitely wasn't an animal. That was the first experience that I had in this canyon up at that spot. So I'll give you a little bit of history that canyon though, that whole area has a lot of mining history where there's gold mines and silver mines. They're all sealed up, but it had a lot of mining history in that area. Also, we found actual records of a pioneer cemetery down near the mouth of the canyon. Wells still up in the canyon of ways, probably about seven or eight people are buried in this one spot. A neighbor that I grew up with, who's now in his eighties, that still lives up there, actual found records of this pioneer cemetery up there. When he told me about it, I was about twelve years old, and then he told us where it was at. We went over there, this little clear spot, and I just did, Yeah, you could tell there was something there. It's odd that they would put this burial plot of whoever is buried there next to this old silver mine. These mines were operated from eighteen hundreds all the way up to the nineteen. Seventies, off and on. I'm not sure why they would bury people up there, or like when exactly they did, but he said it was probably around the eighteen eighties eighteen nineties that they bury people up there. Is what the records show. The Mormon settlers that settled there back in the eighteen hundreds had a lot of classes with the native tribes. There's a lot of fighting going on there, a lot of deaths. That canyon may have had. Some of that happen up there, a lot of mining operations where people might have been hurt or killed. There's a lot of rich history up there, and a lot of it wasn't good. About ten years ago, they found human remains in that same canyon. They identified it as this forty year old woman who lived in West Valley City, which west of Salt Lake City. They found just human remains up there, and they finally identified this person that had been up there for months in that very same canyon up kind of where above where those mines are. They don't know how she got up there. Somehow she got a ride, took a bus or something, and just they don't know why she hiked up into this canyon and fell off a cliff and died. It was on the news and everything. And it's really strange that like some hiker just went off the trail and happened to find her bones out there. Another instance that I have. This happened in nineteen ninety six when I was eighteen. My friend Mark and I went hiking up there. It was really late when we were hiking, and we were coming down the canyon and it just kind of felt like something was off. I took him home, he lived about five minutes away. Then I went home. And when I went to bed, when as a teenager, I couldn't sleep without having like music on, I would turn on. I had a like a Sony stereo receiver in one of those five to CD changers, and I would just turn music on really low. I lay in bed, I'm trying to go to sleep. The light from the stereo and the CD player just it kind of you know, emits a little bit of light like a nightlight, and I'm laying in bed and I felt like something was in my room. I had my door shut. And something. I just felt like, something ominous was in my room. I couldn't see my stereo, like it's something stepped in front of it. And I'm thinking, I'm just tired. So I decided to open my eyes, thinking maybe like one of my family members came in, but they never did, and I wouldn't hurt my door open. As soon as I opened my eyes, it was like a black mist just banished, and whatever it was, it was not a good thing. The next day, I was talking to my friend Mark, and I didn't really think much about it. I thought me about I just tired, and it was just it was the creepiest thing. But when I brought it up, and his face just went completely pale and he was just shocked. He said, he's like, what time did that happen? And I said it was like eleven forty five or something, and He's like, the exact same thing happened to me last night. In his bedroom. He has a bunk bed that he and his brother to share a bedroom, and they just left the bunk bed and there my friend Mark slept on the top bunk. His bunk bed is really tall. I remember it being like a really tall and I'm over. I've been over six feet. Tall since I was like sixteen. His bed is like. This mattress is like the top of my head, he said. He was laying in bed, felt like something was standing by his bed staring at him. He says he opened his eyes and there was about a seven to eight foot tall shadow figure or dark figure standing staring at him. He said it scared him so bad he threw a punch and his arm just went through it, and then it just evaporated. And he said he could make out kind of eye sockets, sort of some facial features. But he said that whatever it was, it was not a good thing. It was evil. It felt like something following us down the canyon. And we think that something visited us at the exact same time, and it wasn't good. It was malevolent. So this happened in the summer of I believe twenty fifteen or twenty sixteen. I was hiking solo. I was way up the canyon and by the time I was coming down, it was about ten thirty eleven o'clock at night. I wasn't anywhere near this camp spot where we were back in the nineties where I heard that whatever it was walking on our ten. But I was coming down the canyon and it was just an absolutely gorgeous night. No wind, it was clear skies. There was like a really bright I think a full moon just brought above me where the sun. Is at noonday. And I'm coming down the trail and it was so bright outside. I didn't have my headlamp on. I had it on my head just because there's mountain lions up there and there's skungs you don't want to run into at night. But it was so bright. I was just coming down the trail and as I always got the creeps when I go went past where this old pioneer cemetery or burial plot is from the eighteen hundreds, that sits right next to these old band and this old a band in gold and silver mine and again this mine sealed up, but it was a massive operation back in the day. And I heard voices over there, and I'm to hear people talking. So I get down there. I'm like, okay, am I hearing this right? And I stopped and I could hear people talking over that. I didn't see any flashlights, I didn't see any campfire, but I could hear a conversation going on, but I couldn't quite make out what they were saying, and I thought it was kind of odd there would be people over there because it's really overgrown and just completely bushwhacked. It's really hard to get over into that spot now, So I decided I was going to just kind of creep through the trees and go look over there. So I went off the trail and you have to kind of cross the stream and go up this river bank about fifteen twenty feet that's kind of steep, and the second I get to the off of this river bank, this voice has completely stopped. And I thought it was really odd, because the funny thing is I actually thought it might be somebody I knew, and I was just going to go over there and try to scare them because I would run into people up there pretty often that I knew that lived in the area. But the second I got to the top of that river bank, the voice has stopped, and there's no way anybody if anybody was over there knew I was there because I didn't make any sound, I didn't have my head lamp on. I was kind of going through the shadows of the trees, and so I stood there and the trees looking out kind of into that area seemed like it's anybody moving around because it was really bright with the moon, and I decided, okay, I'm going to turn my headlampon. So I turned my head lamp on and I stepped out there, and there was nobody there, and I heard a conversation, multiple people talking. Couldn't, like I said, I couldn't make out what they were saying. And again, I'm just like, this is really weird. And so I started looking around, and I don't go over there very often because it's just so overgrown and I'm you know, kind of bushwhacking through the trees and looking around, and again I just felt like I was being watched. I felt like there was eyeballs on me, and just there's something or somebody. Was watching me. And it was really creepy. And I looked everywhere. So I decided, Okay, I'm just gonna hike down. I'm gonna come back up the next day and see if there's any way if there were people up here, if they could have just taken off without me hearing them or seeing them. I went up there the next day during the day, and the only way to get into that spot without just absolutely making a lot of noise and bushwhacking through everything was the way I went. It is the best way to get in. I couldn't, for live me figure out. If somebody was up there, how they would just take off or be able to even hide, because I looked everywhere, and I believe that possibly it was I don't know, spirits or something over there, residual energy or something maybe, but there was a full blown conversation going on over there. And sometimes the sounds of the city come up into the canyon, and I've heard that, but this definitely wasn't. I thought that's what it was at first, until I got close enough and I could still hear people talking. And it just gives me the goosebumps thinking about that right now, and it freaked me out. When I was over there. One hundred percent there was people over there talking. I don't know why it stopped as soon as I got to the top of that river bank and then went over there. And even if there were people there and they knew I was there and they went to go hide, I would have for sure at least heard them, and it would have been almost impossible for them not to make a lot of noise. There was a high school teacher of mine. He moved to Colorado and he lived up the street and he hiked up in those mountains all the time, and he's like, yeah, this area is crazy haunted. He's like, I've seen and heard things up in these canyons, but I've heard by myself a lot. And he said that he avoided that area where these pioneers are supposedly buried. He just said it was really creepy. My friend Dale, he said that he was hiking down from that canyon one night and there's an old another old mine further up. But he said that he was coming down that and he could see almost like a shadow figure. Like standing near it when he's hiking down at night. He just took off running down the canyon and he said something was standing there and he could see it outlined. Against the rocks because he's coming down the trail. We still camp in this spot to this day. We went up there. Last fall, my son and I when he got old. No, we started camping up there by eight years ago. But this last fall we camped up there in this same spot again. I was sleeping in a hammock. My son was sleeping in a hammock and my friend Ryan. Had gone with us. Not twelve thirty night. I got out of my hammock and that he's the bathroom and relieved myself. When I got up and I walked, you know, to go do my business, I heard a whisper in my ear that said hey. I looked, I turned around. I thought maybe my friend Ryan had gone out of his tent or something, and nobody was there, and it freaked me out. So I looked over and I went over my friend's. Tent and I was like, you know, Ryan, Ryan, you no seeing if he was awake, if he said something to me, he was out. My son was out. I don't know what that was, but it was right in my ear, and I was probably about thirty or forty feet away from him when I heard this, and it. Was pitts black outside. There was no moon. We've camped in this spot had probably eight to ten times in the last seven or eight years, and this is the most recent thing that happened. When I heard that whisper in my ear, that voice was unrecognizable. I'm not sure who it was or what it was, but it startled me pretty bad, and it kind of brought back memories of the whatever it was. Creeping around our tent. The canyon is pretty creepy at times, but I've never had fear of camping up there. I think there's something up there in that area unexplained. The things that I've heard and seen. I mean, I've hiked up in this area hundreds of times, and ninety nine percent a time it's nothing. But it's a little spooky. When you're up there at night. You hear things, and you'll hear some voices. And I've heard laughing coming out of the trees. Before, like somebody laughing when I've been up there just camping with some of my friends when nobody was up there. So a lot of strange noises, a lot of unexplained things go on up there in that area. There's an energy up there that I can't explain. All Right, I really hope you enjoyed these stories. I have a couple of notes here. We're gonna start off with the Killy story, the very first one that we heard tonight, this one when you were having the phone call. There was some very interesting things here that I thought about, which were just how early she started experiencing all these things, you know, before she could speak like she was. She couldn't even understand death. At that moment, she was able to communicate with somebody who wasn't there, you know. But then once we started finding out more about the details, that's what makes these things more connected. Right. It seems like at first or like we're hearing several experiences from her, and then they start connecting because she's the one that has the ability to see this. Now, did you get catch this the cowboy silhouette incident? Now because her aunt saw that same figure years earlier, she hadn't told her about it, doesn't that prove just how much or how little we know about what else is out there. It's what makes me think, right, because when things get proven that like that, like when you see something and somebody says, oh, I also saw that thing, a person who's hearing this might be like, well, they just probably made it up, or no, they're you know, there's there's something else there. Maybe it was a coincidence, and it's possible, yeah, but then it's also possible that it isn't. So I feel like it's a concept debate here when we're talking about this, because there is this level of skepticism that I try to keep as we're listening to stories. But also we have to believe that what a person saw that they believe that they saw that they experienced also has their truth to it, right, So we can't just cancel out the parts that we want to believe because it makes sense. We also have to accept everything, you know, because yeah, this is how it is. We can't just pick what we want. The other note here is that I have of something about the medium. You know, the person who said, hey, you know they were interviewing somebody. I think it, Yeah, Kelly was interviewing somebody and they said, hey, by the way, you have this thing. It wants to talk to you or has a message, and that it's going to come back, Like imagine you're hearing that, like goodness. Also if it hasn't happened yet, is it going to happen? Is something going to try to reach out to her? You know? When we're talking about scary stories and the person is reliving the things that they're communicating to us, right like as they're telling us a story that they're thinking back on it and everything. I do get several emails like it's a common thing. We put an email me saying, hey, you know what, after I told you the story, this thing happened or I thought of this other thing. Strange little messages start coming by, and I feel like we open up in our minds back to that. And I'm curious to know if Kaylee you're listening, has anything happened, Has anything happened since? Very curious, you know, hopefully we don't trigger something here that we don't want. I talk a little bit about even story, right, because this is a whole different energy to it. This was not really a person but a location. And here we talk about pioneer activity, you know, mining and all that stuff, abandoned mines, and you know, I follow this YouTube channel. I'm not sure what the name of it is, but it talks about this guy who lives in the Sarah Gordo area in California where they had silver mines or something like that, and he's living there. He's trying to build out this town, like reviving it and everything, and I find that very interesting. But there's also a lot of crime and a lot of stuff that you know, happens when you build out these towns because there's money there and everybody's close with each other, like as in everybody knows each other, they know each other's dramas, they want each other. There's things and things can get a little crazy. Well, this one was about the cemetery area, and I don't know, it just really got me thinking of a time that we discovered this cemetery. I mean for us in college, you know, back in the in the day in Pomona. I'm not sure if any of you guys are familiar with this southern California, the Pomona area. You know, it has it's known for some of its dark side, right, it has a lot of night activity. So we can leave it at that, you know, But there's this hill, there's this mountain area. You know, as you're driving around southern California you see these hills sometimes you always wonder like who, like like do they belong to anybody? Like what is that? Well, we found a way to get in, and in order to get in, to climb up to the top and just kind of sit there for a little bit, we had to cross through this abandoned, really really old cemetery and I remember it was under a bridge. It's around it's around Polypomona, around that universe city. When we stumbled upon it, We're like, whoa, this is so insane. We're seeing the years there, like earlier in nineteen hundreds, late eighteen hundreds, I believe, not one hundred percent sure, but that was ierie enough. I imagine a campground, a campsite being around somewhere around there. I think that would be I don't know. I wouldn't stay there, but you know, also the same the similar things here happen right where he experienced these things. He told the stories to other people. Other person says, hey, you know what, me too. I try it to go that way. There's just something there, something really eerie. So how many times has that happened? Where you experienced something you tell somebody, they're like, oh, yeah, well I experienced that too. And I have one experience something that happened with me back in I want to say, like eight or so years ago, when I had arrived to Ecuador. Now how that works. I used to make that trip often right, and I would have to stay overnight in an airport before going to that city in the morning. So anyway, I was really tired, and as I arrived at my wife's house like her family, like they have this room, the next room in an area in their backyard, like as they have a separate little building. And I stayed there. I was sleeping and I get woken up by this and I'm not making this up at all, okay, and I'm not trying to make this a thing like this is genuinely, like, genuinely what I saw. It was a little boy who was standing at the foot of the bed, actually a little distance away, maybe maybe about a meter away, like a yard away from the foot of the bed, and he was just standing there staring at me. Now, I woke up and I kind of looked his way and I saw him and I'm like, oh no, like like some you know, some family member, somebody's kid is up here and I'm trying to sleep, and I remember he was like really dirty, like covered in mud, like really really dirty, and I looked at him, kind of dozed off again. I just fell asleep. I'm like, if igno, he's just gonna go away. And that was that. Right About a couple hours later, they called me to go get dinner and I go down there and I'm like, you're not gonna believe what I just saw. There was a little kid at the foot of the bed, and everybody at the table looked at each other and they were like, what room did you stay in? And then one of the people that said, oh, and et de la Bruca in the witch's room. I was like what they said. You know, everybody has had like an experience in that room, but usually it's like this this witch that comes as you're sleeping and like sits on top of you, like kind of sleep proalyssis kind of thing, old hag kind of thing. And I was like, well, that's not what happens, Like, oh, well, we've seen things there, you know, why would I see a little kid covered in mud? I don't know. And back to this thing, right, I saw something other people had seen that I had no idea that this was a thing there, And I felt like, why didn't you guys tell me, right, I was gonna be sleeping there. But anyway, I found that super interesting. Just kind of little note there. If you have experienced something like this or any other paranormal kind of incidents, please reach out.
