All physical products are checked for quality and sent in secure packaging to protect the contents. We are always here to help in case you have any questions or need help with your order. Right now, we can only accept returns of defective products in unused condition.
Please verify your own sizing, fit, colors, and style you want before ordering, as we cannot accept these types of returns once they get sent out. If you let us know early enough, we can stop the supplier from making your item and sending it, but they are getting quicker! Orders are final unless the items arrive defective.
Our returns process is simple, but we ask that you contact us via email at email@example.com prior to sending your products back to the return address listed on the original packaging. The return address changes depending on where you are.
Digital products such as our short audiobook series and special edition stories are non-refundable. If you really hated it though, please send me a message and we can talk about it. You shouldn’t have to pay for something you hate.
Here’s the return process for physical products:
- Send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting your return and the reason in order to help us improve our manufacturing and shipping process.
- We will accept the return of the original unused product in protective packaging.
- If the product arrived damaged or is defective, we will send you a return label via email in PDF format for you to print, tape on the original box, and send it back.
- Your refund will be applied as soon as the returned items arrive and should be credited back to your account as soon as possible, and generally takes around two business days.
